Checking in and out was easy. The unit was as described, except it had a dark green sofa and an old side chair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Property manager provided a new toaster when I said there were none. Bathtub faucet drips, and shower lacks towel racks. Location was excellent; can see part of the ocean and the church. Dripping water from upstairs a/c reduced enjoyment of balcony and wears down cement balcony. The curtains were functional. Everything worked and was clean. One small bar of soap and shampoo not enough even for one person staying for more than a week.

I read the reviews and emailed property manager asking if room was as pictured, they replied Yes and eased my concerns however it was not as pictured (very dated), has a weird odor, the flooring trim was detached with exposed grout, the bathroom is very small with poor yellow lighting and it’s the only mirror in the place. our SUV rental was too big to keep in the garage, there’s 4 elevators only 2 work and would take us 15min to get on (I spoke to elevator mechanic and maintenance workers who said everything breaks down because “it’s old”). The refrigerator has complimentary drinks which were expired. I wish I was able to upload the pictures I took, it was one of those “what I ordered versus what I got” moments but for what I paid I was expecting so much more
