wonderful place

Friendly hosts, a big and beautiful apartment, on-site parking and a swimming pool. There’s a very good restaurant nearby with excellent food and professional service — definitely worth trying: Restaurant Sime. Just a short drive to the center of Zadar (paid parking is easily found at "Garage Centar").

5***** Fantastic Spacious Apartment in Zadar!

This really is excellent accommodation! Very good quality furnishings, the bed is extremely comfortable for example, and the attention to detail from the owners is evident. They clearly care about the service and product they are providing for their guests. The apartment is a short walk to supermarkets and restaurants. The bus stop is nearby and several beaches are within easy reach. The owners (who are lovely!) work very hard to keep the apartments, and the pool, spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of staying in Zadar. .

Exceptional host and accommodation and great pool

Everything about this property was amazing. The host was very friendly and welcoming even putting nice touches like biscuits and juice on arrival. The apartment was immaculate definately one of the best i have stayed in and the pool was just fabulous. We had to.ourselves on some days. This place is definately a brilliant place to stay..the apartment had everything that was needed and location on a good bus route. Thank you so much

Just the job

Great mattress for sleep filled nights. Pool a quiet bonus. Everything clean and tidy. Few little treats in fridge on arrival .just a few minutes away we had a supermarket,a bar and several good restaurants .bus to town a ten minute walk for the old town or to another small resort Diklo. Lovely holiday and thank you

Everything was very clean, there was air-conditioning in the bedroom and Petra is the nicest person ever :) The kitchen has everything you need - even dishwasher. And the balcony was very nice too, we could see the sea from it.

It’s a twenty minute walk to nearest beach, but that’s not that much of a problem :)

And the most pleasant experience is being acquainted with the owners of house. Incredible and very kind people, always ready to help and support.

Well kept, spotless, quiet, great for family with kids.

Not applicable, maybe add a ventilation fan to each apartment, as it gets really hot during night.

Small apartment but well equipped and reasonably clean. Free parking in front of the house. Air-conditioning in the room. Plus is also the wine and water in the fridge hosts provided us on our arrival.

Walls are paper thin, not very good sound insulation. Fridge should be cleaned from the inside. There is jacuzzi in a backyard but you can't really use it because of the lack of privacy.

Nice apartment for a short stay in Zadar.

I booked this property for my parents and they really enjoyed it. It was a nice, clean and quiet apartment with comfy bed. It is not very close to Zadar city center so it is recommended to have a car if you want to experience Zadar properly.

Bardzo polecam ten apartament. Idealny na wypoczynek. Blisko do plaży, sklepu i restauracji.

Przestronny, czysty i bardzo wygodny apartament. W obiekcie znajdowały się wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Super basen, bardzo zadbany i czysty z dużą ilością leżaków. Bardzo mili gospodarze.

Rewelacyjny

Świetna lokalizacja – blisko restauracji i sklepu, a do plaży około 20 minut spacerem. Do starówki jest już dalej (ok. 40 minut pieszo), ale gospodarz chętnie nas podwoził. W apartamencie było czyściutko i bardzo ładnie, łóżka wygodne, a klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu. Dużym plusem jest możliwość relaksu przy basenie. Polecamy także wycieczkę na wyspę Kornati – niezapomniane przeżycie i wyjątkowy klimat. Gospodarz to bardzo sympatyczna osoba, potrafi porozumieć się w każdym języku, mimo że mieszka w tym samym budynku, absolutnie się nie narzuca ani nie przeszkadza.

Zeer ruim appartement met mooi zwembad. Zeer aardige verhuurders en een goede lokatie. Supermarkt en zeer goed restaurant (Sime heet dat) op enkele honderden meters. Het strand is 20 minuten lopen, maar heeft een mooi grasveld met ligbedverhuur (€ 10 per bed) en leuke bar waar je ook wat kunt eten. Het is ons zeer goed bevallen, echt een aanrader!!

Dat we na onze vakantie weer naar huis moesten...we waren graag nog enkeke dagen langer gebleven.

schöne Wohnung. Lage etwas abseits, mit Auto kein Problem.

Im Kühlschrank war Wasser und sogar eine Flasche Wein, Kaffee und Süßigkeiten. Gastgeber waren sehr nett, Wohnung sehr schön und das Wohnzimmer modern gestaltet. Schöner Balkon, der morgens im Schatten ist.

Wir sind zu Fuß nach Zarar Altstadt gelaufen, das war ein Tagesausflug. Der Strand Borik beach ist in 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Klimaanlage ist leider nur in der Küche verbaut, nicht im Schlafzimmer. Um das Haus herum stehen viele andere hohe Mehrfamilienhäuser. Pool ist oft im Schatten.
