About this apartment rental
Our 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo at Marrakesh Country Club is close to parks, art, fine dining & spa retreats. The back patio overlooks the lush 7th fairway, where you can sit and have your morning coffee. Walk out the courtyard gate and you are steps from the pool in an interior cul de sac off the main road. While you can see the mountains in the near distance, it is a short walk or golf cart ride to the upscale retailers on El Paseo Ave. Both the master bedroom & the guest room have California King beds and walk-in closets. The master bath includes a separate tub & shower, while the guest bedroom is a three quarter bath. The condo is fully furnished from the kitchen to the bedrooms, as we rarely rent it. It was fully renovated in 2016, with new carpet, floor tile, paint, trim, lighting & fixtures. We’ve attempted to maintain much of the original charms of the era where possible, from original cabinetry to vintage tile showers. Even the classic courtyard furniture is newly powder-coated, with a happy teal umbrella. The majority of the furnishings are from an exclusive furniture house in San Francisco, with a few chic modern pieces mixed in.
You will have access to a pool & spa included, and the option of setting up a social membership for a separate fee, paid directly to the Club. This would allow use of the Restaurant, fitness center, tennis courts, bridge and misc other activities. I highly recommend that as the the staff is friendly, accommodating & the dining is excellent! Golfing is not available for renter use.

We enjoyed staying at this sweet pink-housed community. Our little bungalow walked onto a beautifully maintained executive golf course. We ate often at their grill on the lawn and used their pools a fair amount. Very pleasant. We were minutes from many friends and would love to do it again soon!

My wife and I spent the month of January at the Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert. It is an extraordinarily well maintained community with wonderful facilities, including a small golf course, club house and multiple swimming pools, and is close to the fabulous shops, galleries and restaurants of El Paseo.
Out rental was fully upgraded with a lovely kitchen and extremely comfortable furnishings (including both king sized beds). The decor is exotic and eclectic. The owner was very responsive to any of the few questions that arose and even drove the six hours from her home to personally deliver a replacement for the clothes washer which was malfunctioning.
We highly recommend this exceptional property for your vacation getaway.
