Villa Romantza

Vaso is an excellent host, she is incredibly knowledgeable about the area. We had the large room, we could borrow umbrellas for shade and beach chairs. She left us water and beer in the fridge.

Cats. I’m not a fan of cats and you have to shoo them away from the apartment

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Romantza. Vaso was an amazing host, she provided us with great recommendations of restaurants, beaches, boat hire, which were all extremely helpful. The apartment was very well equipped, spotlessly clean, a good spacious size, comfy bed, air con, big fridge with freezer, and cooking facilities. There was seating to the front and rear, and we were able to have free access to cool boxes, sun umbrellas, beach chairs and bottled water and a daily change of beach towels for the duration of our stay, which was a lovely touch. There is plenty of car parking available in the front of the property, and the villa is just a few minutes walk into the centre of Fiskardo, which is a vibrant resort, so many great restaurants and bars, and amazing to sit and watch all of the boats and super yachts come and go. We would definitely stay again.

The host, Vaso, could not have been more helpful, She was always on hand to answer any questions or to help arrange taxis etc. She even came and picked us up from the beach one day when she was unable to get us a taxi! The location was perfect. Only a 2 minute walk to Zavalata beach and to the bars and restaurants in the harbour. The room was cleaned daily with clean towels provided for both the bathroom and the beach. Vaso also left water and loo rolls outside the door for us to help ourselves. She also provided chairs and parasols to use at the beach. These are particularly handy as the beaches are not organised around Fiskardo. There are no sunbeds etc for hire. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a week's stay.

Vaso was the perfect host and the room was just what we needed, with a beautiful terrace. She met us on arriving, talked us through the room and gave us lots of recommendations. The price was reasonable and Vaso went above and beyond to help during our stay and we were very grateful for this. Thank you Vaso and we would recommend to anyone !
