Everything. It’s a place I would go back to if I am in Marrakesh. It’s good for couples, solo travellers or families People who are working there are amazing starting from the ladies who prepare the tasty breakfast to Ismail who pick us up from the taxi area and was very helpful and cheerful as he told us about the culture. They made our stay very comfortable. We had amazing breakfast and our room was always clean. Mourad, who was in charge was also a lovely person and without him this place would not be that great. He taught us a lot about the local culture and helped us with everything, including taxis, trips, and local shops. He went above and beyond and provided us with a personal concierge service entirely on his own initiative. His help made our stay even more special.

Beautiful, clean property. The staff clean even the patio every day. This is a small hotel where you feel like at home.

Air con wasn’t very strong and we were there middle summer.

The Raid is even more beautiful than in the photos, lovely decor & a well-maintained. Our room has lot space for 3 people. Our kid likes his children room a lot. The pool was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. A special thanks to the team for help us with a scam-guide situation when we arrive there. We felt safe & truly appreciated their super services. The location is perfect in the heart of the Medina, easy to explore medina streets, local shops and restaurants.
