Classic hotel in Toluca

What a classic hotel with an attention to detail in its design and decoration. Our junior suite and standard King rooms were very quiet and comfortable. The restaurant staff was very attentive to our dietary requests.

Some people in the reception could have been more proactive. We wanted to go to the Nevado de Toluca. He finally arranged a driver and when we arrived, the trails were closed due to an accident that happened a while ago. This is the major site in the area. Surely someone could have known this and spared us a 5 hour round trip drive and 1700 pesos. I count on my hotels and drivers to know what’s going on.

I absolutely loved my stay and wish it could have been longer. I will definitely return.

The breakfast was average. Plates should be heated when serving warm food. Coffee could be better. Service was great with very friendly and attentive staff. View of the garden and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect. The soft background music made for a relaxing way to start the morning. The bar was very nice where I enjoyed a margarita and cappuccino. Comfortable seating and attentive staff.

Providing a coffee maker in the room would have been very convenient. This simple improvement would be appreciated by most guests. Especially after a late check in when restaurant is closed. It should be standard for any hotel room.

The hotel itself is attractive. Spacious with extensive ground. The pool is covered which was a surprise but actually a bonus as were protected from the sun.

The property needs some updating. only one of the plug sockets in our room was working and the furnishings were a little tired. there was also some repair work on the floors which appeared to have been abandoned.

It's a different hotel, with great staff, warm indoor swimming pool, great jazz music, super nice bath, and really pleasant gardens. Food is very good as well. If you are not staying there, at least go to have breakfast!

Rooms big and comfortable, nice garden. Close to Toluca and Metepec. Good fish restaurant nearby.

The hotel is located near the motorway, that means it's easy to go in the direction Lerma, but on the way back you have to stay in jams. Not much interesting in the direct vicinity.

The pillows were too thick. I couldn’t use them, so I had a hard time sleeping. My companion couldn’t use the pillows either, so I imagine many people might be having the same issue?

The room was big and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Good parking space too.

The AC made a lot of noise. The decoration was a little outdated. The shower didn't have hot water, so I had to bath in the tub.
