About this house rental
Enjoy a beautiful beach view from this adorable 2 bedroom house. You can sit in the living room and gaze at an unobstructed view of the water. The furnished wraparound deck is a great place to enjoy the sunrise while you drink your coffee, or read a book while you feel the afternoon gulf breeze. With its cheerful decor and many windows with beach views, you will love the bright airy feeling of the home.
The living area offers comfortable seating and a TV with DVD player. Prepare your meals in the well-furnished kitchen, featuring a microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffee pot, and all the cookware you need. The cute dining table is great for meals or games!
With over 1000 square feet, Surf Shak sleeps 8. One king size bed, second bedroom has queen bed with XL-twin bunk, along with 2 sleeper sofas that provide additional sleeping. This house is perfect for a small family. There is even a washer and dryer on the premises for your convenience as well as high speed internet.
Downstairs, you’ll enjoy cooking meals on the charcoal grill while sitting around the table visiting with family and friends.
The beach is just a short walk from the house when you use the private subdivision walkover. There is also an outdoor sand shower; convenient for rinsing off a day at the beach before you enjoy the house itself.
Two small dogs (up to 20 lbs) allowed with pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age.
The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).

My family has always rented from Swedes a bunch of times over the years but this was my first Time to do it on my own with my own kids and we had the most amazing time! we did take advantage of the linen service and it was well worth not having to bring all of our own sheets and towels. our location was perfect and right next to the water, it only took us a few minutes to get down to the water and back. this house was also extremely close to every single thing you could possibly need from the big store to boba to stickers for your car to the beach! we will definitely be coming back!!

This house was very nice ,clean amd perfect for our vacation. We come to crystal beach at least 3 times a year and love everything about it. The only thing I think I would change about this home is access to the swimming pool- it would be nice to use the pool after a long day of beach combing. ☺️ Thank you for a wonderful place for us to call " home" for a week !!

Great vacation with my granddaughter. Love this cabin. It has a wonderful view. This is the cabin we stay in every time. Weather was good. A little windy, but the sun was out so the breeze kept us cool.

We picked this vacation home specifically because it had access to a swimming pool. But only after checking in and calling the management company did we find out the neighborhood pool is only available to homeowners, not vacation renters. Disappointing and misleading.
