The hotel was wonderful. We loved the design, the green swimming pool and the buffet breakfast. At this time of year, there is only one restaurant for dinner - there were specials each day but we also drove in to Essaouira for dinner one evening - about 15 mins drive. The hotel suggestions for restaurants and shopping were very helpful. The spa is also very good value if you want to have treatments and the quality was very good. We’ll definitely be back!
There were lots of yoga and exercise classes available at the adjacent Club des Douars. It would have been nice for these to be complementary for hotel guests.
Since there is only one restaurant, it might have been nice to have one more themed or buffet evening per week (in addition to the Sunday bbq) for guests who prefer to eat at the hotel each night. Having said that, the menu was very nice and we found plenty of good options for the three evenings when we ate at the hotel.
