Lovers of relaxa and sunset walks by the sea, in search of silence and starry nights and, at the same time, looking for the comforts of a villa close to the sea and the town of Calasetta, this is the place that suits you.
The house is located at walking distance by the sea and you can choose, every day, between the sandy beaches of Calasetta and Sant'Antioco, or the cliffs of Nido dei Passeri. Being on the island of Sant'Antioco, the villa will be a safe base and, every day, depending on the wind, you can choose a calm sea or bolder waves, if you love surfing.
The house is equipped with a wireless network, an outdoor shower, a barbecue and mosquito nets throughout the house and your pets can relax in the garden while you go exploring the surroundings.

Per il nostro soggiorno a Sant’Antioco, abbiamo scelto questa casa per la descrizione dell’annuncio e per recensioni riportate: non possiamo che condividere completamente quanto riportato. La casa, ben attrezzata, è dotata di una ariosa zona giorno e di ampi spazi esterni immersi nel verde della casa e delle abitazioni circostanti, offrendo tranquillità, relax e riservatezza. La posizione è ideale perché permette di raggiungere e visitare tutti i punti più caratteristici dell’isola , sia le spiagge sia le imponenti scogliere della costa ovest. Un vantaggio dell’isola è anche quello di poter scegliere nelle giornate più ventose, in particolare di maestrale, i posti sottovento per un accesso al mare più tranquillo. È stata proprio un bella vacanza! Grazie.

La casa, si trova in zona tranquilla e rilassante. Ha tutto ciò che serve. Molto bello anche il giardino. La proprietaria è stata molto cortese: abbiamo trovato anche un cesto di benvenuto. La consigliamo a chi ama la tranquillità e desidera una vacanza rilassante, lontano dai rumori e dalla folla.
