Jamie in the breakfast buffet was amazing in her customer service. I picked this place because of the refrigerator and microwave, despite being 20 mins away where I had to meet my skating camp. Because of her professionalism I would pick Viaggio again.
Multiple marks in the bed sheet not visible to the common eye. I don’t doubt of their cleanliness but I think their cleaning products weren’t helping there.

Location
Muy caótico. La ducha tapada casi no suben. El cuarto no lo limpiaron. El desayuno nunca supe a quien pedir algo. El WiFi iba y venía. El parking decía que era gratis pero luego no, es más, creo que no hay parking. La mayor parte del staff poco colaborador y hasta un poco rudo.
