Good value. Good location. 12-15 min walk to wat mahathat and night market.
Sign says not to flush toilet paper (and other stuff) in the toilet! I clarified with staff and he says that is correct and to put soiled toilet paper in trash can. Staff has a stern demeanor but is efficient and answers all questions.

Great location in a traditional style house.
Owner and his son incredibly helpful, and also arranged a really good value river cruise/ tour.
Plenty of food options nearby, night market a ten minute walk away, 7/11 a five min walk. A/c worked well, comfortable bed, fridge and coffee making facilities in the room.
Good shower with shampoo and shower gel provided.

It’s a quirky old wooden accommodation a short distance from the temple complex with plenty of restaurants and bars in the area
It was noisy in the night. Dogs howling and other creature noises etc but that’s not the hotels fault.
