Casa Vacanze Donna Manu- Centralissima Tra Stazione Centrale ed Aeroporto

We stayed in the beautiful city of Naples from 25th to 31st October 2025 and chose Casa Vacanze Donna Manu as our home base. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a gated residential complex, offering both safety and convenience. It truly felt like a home away from home, with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable vacation. The hosts, a lovely couple, had thoughtfully stocked the flat with coffee capsules, liquid detergent, cleaning supplies, cooking essentials, and more nothing was ever in short supply. The house itself is cosy and welcoming. Being on the ground floor with strong stone walls, it can feel a bit chilly during colder months, especially for those of us used to tropical climates, but we found the coolness refreshing and part of the charm. As mentioned in the listing, all facilities were available. The hosts did advise not to use the AC and washing machine simultaneously to avoid tripping the power. On one occasion, the power tripped even without using them together, but the hosts were immediately available over the phone and resolved it within minutes. It only happened once and may well have been due to the power company, so it didn’t affect our overall experience. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries nearby and supermarkets like Supero and Conad within walking distance. All three train stations were also easily accessible on foot, making sightseeing very convenient. The area felt safe—we often returned late at night after a full day of exploring and never experienced any untoward incidents. All in all, our stay was truly lovely. Casa Vacanze Donna Manu offered comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality, making our Naples trip even more memorable. We would happily return.

Bivanje v tej nastanitvi si zasluži vse pohvale. Stanovanje je prostorno in opremljeno z vsem, kar potrebujete. Tam najdete vse ali še več kot imate doma, od sušilca za lase in likalnika, do alu folije, škarij in elastik. Stanovanje je tudi okusno opremljeno in ima umetniško noto. Zelo dragoceno je bilo tudi, da nas je prijazno sprejel lastnik Marco, ki je z veseljem delil nasvete, kaj si ogledati. Stanovanje je le nekaj minut hoda od železniške postaje, na mirni ulici v živahnem delu mesta, od koder pridete peš tudi do starega mestnega jedra.

La ubicación, para el plan de viaje que teníamos, excepcional, ya que nos desplazamos en transporte público para visitar Pompeya, Herculano, Paestum y la ciudad de Nápoles. La casa está al lado de la estación de trenes (Garibaldi) donde te deja el Alibús del aeropuerto, del inicio de la Circunvesuviana (Porta Nolana) y numerosos autobuses, el metro y tranvía. A destacar la disponibilidad de los anfitriones. Tuvimos un problema al dejarnos las llaves dentro y acudieron en unos minutos para solucionar el problema (con ayuda de un vecino muy amable). La cama grande, magnífica.

La cama pequeña es excesivamente pequeña, de 70 u 80 cm, cuando, perfectamente, se podría instalar una de, al menos, 105, incluso mayor, porque el segundo dormitorio es lo suficientemente amplio. Para un adulto, resulta muy incómoda. No hay microhondas y, para los desayunos, que es lo que hacíamos en la casa, hubiera resultado más fácil que calentar la leche en un caso. El sofá no es muy cómodo. Los dormitorios dan a un patio donde hay ruidos por la noche de la trasera de un restaurante, pero las ventanas aislan bien.

Está muy bien ubicado al lado de la estación central pero en un sitio tranquilo u con sensación de seguridad. Es grande, está limpio y tiene buenos colchones. La comunicación con Marco muy bien.

Lo único es que a hay algo de humedad, pero hay ac/ calefacción y no hay problema.
