Moderne Ausstattung, tolle Aussicht vom Balkon, nette Vermieterin

Der Pool ist super und wird fast täglich gereinigt.
Die Lage und der Ausblick auf Meer und Vranjica ist wunderschön.
20m zum Meer, 100m-300m zu den Stränden.
Bäcker, Markt und Restaurants gleich in der Nähe.
Balkone sind Richtung Norden ausgerichtet, so wird es darauf nicht zu heiß.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Abends gab es ab 21Uhr noch Kino für die Kinder am Pool.
Die Betten sind gut.
Für ein besseres Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hätte ich ein paar Anmerkungen:
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr klein.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt fehlt es an allem.
Die Wohnung bräuchte ein paar Reparaturen und das Haus neue Farbe.
Fliegengage an den Fenster wäre wichtig.
Jetzt noch ein paar Punkte die nicht zu ändern sind, also nur als Hinweis gemeint:
Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus, mit großem Auto wird es allerdings eng.
Wer mit offenem Fenster schlafen möchte wird spätestens 7Uhr von Zigarettenrauch der Reinigungskraft, oder mit Musik und Tätigkeiten der Nachbarn geweckt.

"Liked place, hosts. One drawback is that there is no washing machine in the room. Or give the opportunity to wash clothes at any time. The pool is great, clean."
