We loved the location and the accommodation. The domes were clean and comfortable.
We did not like the food- everything was rich, creamy and high fat. I think they would benefit from some healthier options that are high Protien and more thoughtful to people who would prefer simple healthy food since you have no other options like going to a different restaurant. There were not a lot of meat Protien options for dinner- I don’t eat beef- I did tell them about it before my arrival. Instead there was fish on one night- which was not fresh. And repeatedly tempeh which I did not enjoy. The vegetarian option I had was risotto- high carb and high fat. I asked for chicken breast one night and it was raw! I ate what I could. And left the raw piece. No one asked about it. It was very raw. The food did not seem fresh. The seafood was not good. The desserts were great. The staff are friendly but I think there’s a line between friendly and borderline unprofessional. One day we came down for tea after seeing grey glacier and the staff were filling a large jug of coffee so I waited in line until he filled the jug and then there was sushi and the staff were eating it from the restaurant-which I am not used to. I waited to get some and went outside. I felt like I was in a hostel not an experience I paid for. Other guests got lunch boxes. We did not- I don’t know if this was miscommunication- apparently we left too early in the morning that what I was told. Bread was so inconsistent one day we got a piece of bread that looked like off cuts and we asked for more. Since I kept seeing the staff eating food off the buffet it makes me wonder how many people are sticking their fingers in and picking at the bread, the buffet and the coffee snacks. It’s not hygienic. There are no other food options close to you. This was my biggest downside.

No water was running in our dome due to heavy snow the day before

Outstanding food included, great location, wonderful staff.
Nothing, it was honestly exactly what we were looking for. If anything, the bathrooms aren't luxurious but it's what needs to be done to be eco friendly.

Ecocamp has the most exceptional staff who make you instantly feel special and welcome! Staying in the Superior Suite Dome Loft with Bathroom for our first night and two Superior Suite Domes with Bathrooms for our second night was great for our Family and an experience we will always remember from our Patagonia trip. We were so lucky to get the reservation and think two nights really was nicer with our full day hiking plan. Hiking to the Base of the Towers from Ecocamp was very convenient allowing us to start just before sunrise and before the crowds and being pampered when we returned in time for our gourmet dinner from our 15 mile hike. Walking the Boardwalks on the property between the Domes with the Mountain view of the Towers was incredible! The Community Domes with a Living Area, Bar Area, and Restaurant Area were absolutely beautiful. The Gourmet Food was plentiful and presented spectacularly by the Chef! It was so nice to be able to pack a hiking lunch from the Breakfast Buffet when you finished breakfast. Ecocamp is definitely worth the splurge!
Nothing could be better! Even the weather was beautiful!
