Very nice rooms quite small building with good sized rooms all with a nice en-suite and a good shower. Very good location near the town centre.
The car park was hard to find but that was all. Did have a problem with the bathroom door getting caught when trying to open but no other issues.

The property was in a perfect location to walk int Ambleside and enjoy the local pubs and restaurants. It was clean and tidy and all the are ties were great. The room had a lovely view of the mountains. Comfy bed and great nights sleep

Ambleside New Year
We had a dog friendly room in a bungalow and it was spotless. We were less than a minute walk from the village. Rob was very welcoming and recommended places to eat
