The room and en-suite were of a decent size and clean. We had a spacious, sunny balcony with comfortable seats and a coffee table. It was facing the car park, so apart from when people were getting their vehicles out, it was pretty quiet, with nice trees.
The hostess spoke very good German (my German is quite fluent, I only know a few bits in Polish). The hotel had a homely feel, rather than the usual clinical, corporate aesthetic you get at chain hotels.
This accommodation was listed as a Bed and Breakfast... but there was no breakfast included. Breakfast was offered down the road, which would have to be paid for separately, so we didn't bother. A small fridge and a kettle was provided, but no tea/ coffee or even mugs. So for breakfast, I bought mugs, some instant coffee and a pack of brioche at a nearby supermarket on the day of our arrival.
Anyone wanting to park their car should think about taking the train instead. Cars were packed in tight and it took people a lot of cooperation (in mashed up German and Polish) to get the vehicles out. I had just been enjoying the clean, sea air and then this was spoilt by petrol fumes and I had to go back inside and shut the door and window.
A romantic moonlit walk along the beach should be enjoyed near the pier. Go up to the woods at your peril! The mosquitoes and other biting insects were like piranha fish!!

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand und an der Promenade. Der Eingangsbereich verleiht ein klein wenig Überladenheit, man ist anfangs von der Einrichtung "erschlagen". Antike Möbel, Teppiche, Schränkchen so weit das Auge reicht. Es verleiht Charme,aber man muß es mögen. Die Vermieterin ist nett und bemüht.
Bei unserer Anreise am Nachmittag (15.30 Uhr) war das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsfertig, so dass wir uns 2 Stunden die Zeit vertreiben sollten. Nach 1,5 Stunden erhielten wir auf unsere Nachfrage den Zimmerschlüssel. Der Boden im Zimmer war sandig, Staub auf den Ablagen, ein Balkonstuhl defekt. Im Bad die Ablage war noch vom Vorgänger beschmutzt. Es gab keine Handtücher und Toilettenpapier. Nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben, erhielten wir 2 Badehandtücher und Toilettenpapier. Die Vermieterin meinte, das am Vormittag viele Gäste abgereist sind und die Reinigung zeitlich kaum zu schaffen sei. Dann möchte ich aber auch, wenn ich noch so lange warten muss, dass alles sauber ist. Ein weiteres Problem sind die Parkplätze. Es ist alles sehr eng, so dass man zugeparkt wird. Möchte jemand mit seinem Auto fahren, wurden die nebenstehenden Autobesitzer angerufen. Das war alles sehr nervig. Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit, wenn die Villa nicht stark gebucht ist, wird es vielleicht besser sein.
