The view is superb!!! Awesome room with an amazing jacuzzi. The stuff is lovely. We had great time. Good music and vibes at the pool. I really liked to play ping pong.

I did not like the time service took. We ordered cocktails and it took more then 30 minutes to prepare. The swimming pool was not super clean, there was some dirt on the bedsheets.

What a shame!

The view. The area (itself. Not the cleanness neither the feeling)

The team is clearly unprepared and it seems like there’s no training for them. I asked in advanced to not be disturbed with any problem we could face like things not working, and so on, because we were facing a very hard moment in our family and we just wanted to relax. They agreed and said everything would be ok... When I got there, the lady on the reception didn’t know a single thing about my reservation: neither if I requested an extra bed for my daughter nor the type of the room I booked: her solution? Upgrade us into a +6 higher class room (without having power to do so). The result? We had to change into 3 different rooms and two of them were dirty: a large mark of pee on the floor or one, and on the other room, we found a clogged toilet, with 3 marks of pee under the seat and the duvet were SO stinky, like 30 sweated men had used it for a month! Disgusting! To sum up, the next day we had to move everything again (tons of bag with a child) to another room to downgrade back to what we reserved because they said they were full for the weekend... BUT IF WE WERE WILLING TO PAY... they could find a better price... They were lying into our face in so many times and ways that I could stay all night long writing here! Not to mention the piece of a broken glass on the floor around the pool that my husband stepped on it when we were there playing with our 3yo daughter- thank God he didn’t injure! Apart from that, for the lovers of a good breakfast: breads were not fresh. Result of our time to feel better and relaxed after graving our baby boy: we went home on Friday instead of Sunday! Thanks for disappointing us so much. Never going back.

Volveremos!!!

Nos gustó todo, desde la atención del personal (recepción, desayuno/cena, hasta el jardinero) todos super atentos. Servicio de limpieza 10 puntos!!! El lugar es excepcional, muy tranquilo, tiene dos piletas bellísimas. El desayuno muy completo, y el café riquísimo!!! Fuimos en familia y lo pasamos excelente, volveremos!!!

Nos gustó todo! Lo único para observar es que la TV no es Smart.

A equipe é fantástica, Jorge, Ana Luiza, Pedro fazem a diferença e o rapaz do café da manhã. Falando nisso, o café da manhã é bem servido, variado e com coisas deliciosas. O hotel possui uma piscina grande, é climatizada, água bem morna, muito bom, eles oferecem translado para rua das pedras cortesia, mas se preferir pode pedir uber da uns 10,00 pois a localização é boa. A vista é bonita e os quartos, são de acordo com sua escolha tem simples confortável e luxo e super luxo com vista pro mar. Enfim, recomendo

El personal es absolutamente amable! Todos, pero en especial la chica que está en el restaurante por la mañana. Súper amistosos y serviciales! Las piletas súper lindas, la comida riquísima y todo el predio hermoso! La habitación estaba súper buena, híper limpia, el aire acondicionado andaba Perfecto y tenía ventanales y balcón con vista fabulosa.

En el cuarto pondría un perchero para las toallas o apoyar la ropa de playa.

Pedí una plancha xq mi ropa había llegado bastante arrugada y.me dijeron que no era posible. Consultaron a la encargada de las mucamas y me dijo que no me prestaban una ni un rato. Me quedé con la ropa arrugada….me parece que con lo bien que está el hotel en sus servicios , sería una cosa a tener en cuenta

Café da manhã excepcional. Acomodações muito bem cuidadas. Todos os equipamentos novos e funcionando perfeitamente. Limpeza perfeita. Quarto espaçoso e aconchegante. Colaboradores prestativos, atenciosos e extremamente educados. Atendimento durante o café da manhã e no bar da piscina principal muito eficiente!!! O serviço gratuito de transporte de Van para a Rua das Pedras, no início da noite, é um diferencial no serviço oferecido pelo Hotel e uma surpresa muito bem vinda!

Esqueci de consultar a possibilidade de colocar um colchão de casal que fosse mais duro...o disponível era muito macio...o que não ajuda para pessoas com problemas de coluna.

Para quem procura hospedagem de qualidade, e boa localização, esse é o hotel perfeito! Café da manhã, nota 10/10. Variedades de doces e salgados. Localização: ótima! Perto de tudo Serviços disponíveis, nota 10/10. Áreas comuns, nota 10/10 (super proveitosa), a experiência foi incrível, nunca tinha ficado em uma hospedagem tão completa. Fui para comemorar meu aniversário, atenderem meu pedido, e me entregaram muito mais do que pedi. Já tinha retornado ao quarto, e fui surpreendida com um bolinho pelo chef/hotel, aquilo foi de uma empatia, de um pertencimento surreal! Nunca esquecerei onde passei meu aniversário de 2025. Conheci o hotel, e voltarei mais vezes.

Pasadas por agua sin paraguas

La distribución del complejo es bonito y rodeado de naturaleza ( vistas al mar y montaña, muchos mosquitos, sapos e incluso mariposas nocturnas) Los chicos del comedor muy amables y simpáticos (mas que los de la recepción)

Tuvimos la mala suerte de pasar un fin de semana de lluvia y el hotel no presta paraguas ( solo puede usarse dentro del complejo, no encontramos el sentido a esto ya que teníamos que subir al taxi empapadas). Reserve una habitación especificamente con una cama grande y otra pequeña, es decir con capacidad para 3 aun siendo 2 personas, obviamente con un precio mas elevado que la doble simple. A la llegada nos encontramos con una doble simple donde cada cama media medio metro, dijimos al alojamiento que esa no era la habitación que habiamos reservado y pedimos el cambio, a lo que se negaron al decirnos que éramos 2 personas y que el resto de habitaciones estaban ocupadas… la cama incomodisima y excesivamente estrecha, me sentí estafada ya que no me devolvieron la diferencia de precio de una triple a una doble. El baño olia mal a tubería

Não posso opinar

A falta de respeito e pouca empatia da gerência com o cliente. Fui com minha mulher e meu filho, reservei quarto com 2 camas, chegamos tarde à noite cansados dó viajem, ao chegar só tinham quarto com uma cama, sendo impossível dormir nos 3 ali. Pedi outro quarto e dizeram que não tinham, aceitaram a minha reserva com 2 quartos sendo que não tinham disponibilidade. Ficamos literalmente na rua, procurando outra pousada onde podamos passar a noite, difícil com filho pequenho. O gerente nem se importou vendo a minha família sem onde passar a noite, deu as costas e continuo atendendo outros clientes.
