The garden room was lovely however it was a little cobwebby and could have perhaps done with a quick dust prior to my arrival.
I loved the garden and the fact that you could sit out and enjoy the peace and tranquility although the garden needs some tender loving care.
Check in and check out were seamless.
Kelvin does a wonderful scrambled egg and bacon and is a lovely gentleman.
Overall, it is a lovely bed and breakfast and I would stay here again.

The breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked and loads of options! The room was absolutely perfect and comfy, would love to see what the posher rooms are like as ours was standard and it was amazing! Staff were so friendly too and helpful!
I think the only thing was the mattress was a bit too hard for me but that's a personal thing, it didn't ruin our stay and we have said if we do anymore concerts at crystal palace bowl we would 100% book here again!

The beds were very comfortable.
The breakfast was very good.
Advertised ad On Site Private Parking. However, that is strictly reserved for owners. Free street parking available.
Shower head did not fit the holder, subsequently needed to be hand held, making showering difficult.
The roof light curtains were totally inadequate.
The breakfast room is downstairs in the basement. That meant approximately 50 stairs to our room. Not a problem if fit and young but quite challenging for infirm older people.
