This is the 4th time we have stayed here - it is wonderful. Staff couldn't be any better, so kind and helpful. From the lovely lady who continually changed our towels, the gentleman that also went round the rooms and was sometimes in reception - so helpful. We asked about a bus time and he literally ran round to the bus stop to get the times for us. The ladies on reception always helpful and kind. Great location for the little town, beach, restaurants and cafe bars. Grossetto de Marina, our apartments, the locals - it is a little slice of heaven x

It is closed to the beach

First of all, it is a basic studio apartment with simple furniture. I booked for my family, but there was no real bed, it was a sofa bed for us and a single stander for my son. Every day we waked up with back pain. No cleaning service was available. I booked with breakfast and dinner, but i recommend no one, since the breakfast and dinner was very poor. Especially after dinner we went to buy some snacks. We had to eat pasta every day, no other option was available, and no buffet is available. The drinks were to pay by us. Third day they offered options of three pizza, and we had to choose one only. Outside the max pizza prices are between 6-9 euro. Better do not take any meal option.

Spot on with the cleanliness & how comfortable the sofa bed (where we slept) was.

Terribly disappointed with the facilities, and the layout of the building. Dining areas are far apart from the main building & No parking available, unless specifically requested. WiFi not easily accessible

Location is very nice, in the center by the beach

Check out is very late - you miss the entire day. You get a pass for the beach (sunbed and umbrella) but only for the first day, i.e. post 5pm The room (studio) does not have a bed, but a couch with an extremely uncomfortable mattress. We were offered to change for a 5 ppl room (50 euro more). We didn't No breakfast included Wifi was very unstable, not able to work from the room (the main reason we booked a room there). On and off, low bandwith. We had to leave earlier not to miss future calls Check out at 10am..for almost 200 euro a nigh

The apartment was extremely expensive for what it was... old furniture, bed not confortable at all, and very noisy (you can hear noise from both neighbors and outside...) we were told we’d have beach view, which we did not. Parking was not even free. A rip off at this price...

Tutto Perfetto,mare vicinissimo ,posizionato in centro di Marina .Camera tutte con balcone tutto pulito e preciso ;letto comodo . Accoglienza gentilissimi e sempre disponibile per ogni dubbio o domanda.

La qualità/prezzo a dir poco imbarazzante. 1) biancheria: Cambio asciugamani non tutti i giorni, vi daranno 4 asciugamani in croce che vi devono bastare punto e basta. No biancheria per cucina, nemmeno uno straccio per asciugare i piatti e attenzione vogliono piatti e stoviglie puliti prima della vostra partenza. Equipaggiamento: la cappa non funzionava, la cappa era sporca e lasciava un laniccio dai fori di aspirazione. Numero posate senza esagerare. L’aria condizionata all’apparenza era vecchissima e io non l’ho nemmeno accesa. Il telefono di camera non funzionava. Reception: gentilissime le ragazze ma l’apertura fino alle 19:30 in estate direi che è vergognoso!!! Pulizia: sufficiente non mi azzarderai a dare oltre. Le sedie della cucina nuove ma sporche di sabbia e polvere. La doccia aveva un residuo nero alla base, ostile da guardarsi. Il ricovero dei piatti era pieno di briciole. Riassunto: io vengo a Marina da una vita, sono toscana e amo questa terra. Ma le strutture sono imbarazzanti e anti-turista! Qualcuno faccia qualcosa per questa terra!
