About this house rental
Beautiful house of 135m2, in a quiet area close to shops, 5 minutes walk from the village center and the tram stop. Ideally located near the bike path that leads to the beaches 10 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bike. Close to Carnon beaches, Palavas and La Grande Motte. Located 5 minutes drive from the airport and shopping centers. You can go to the center of Montpellier in 15 minutes by car, tram or even go by bike. There is a vélib station at the tram stop.
In the rez of putting on, room to live which gives directly on the corner swimming pool and equipped kitchen which gives on another terrace to eat, 1 room (reads double), 1 sdb and 1 toilet.
On the floor, 1 parental suite terrace (double bed, dressing and room of water), 1 room (reads single) possibility of adding one according to the need and 1 sdb with toilet.
A garden of 400m2 with a beautiful terrace for sunbathing by the pool, a lawn area. On the other side, a terrace with table, parasol and Weber electric barbecue for your meals as well as a shaded corner.
The house is equipped with air conditioning
For fans of jogging, the course of health of Pérols and the house of nature in Lattes are in 5-10 minutes.
Pérols is a very lively village with its summers, its festival, its market.
You can have the pleasure of discovering the coastline with its beaches and the hinterland with the Pic Saint Loup and our scrubland.

We spent an excellent 2-weeks family holiday (2 grown-up children) in this nice little town. Property lies in a residential area (in cul-de-sac road within 10 min walking distance to city centre), extremely calm: no traffic, nothing to be heard from neighbours & despite the fact that Montpellier airport is nearby, aircraft noise was no issue.
Pérols, a town with a distinct tradition of the course camarguaise, offers multiple festivities & bull/horse events during the summer, also number of restaurants. Montpellier can be reached stress-free within 20 min by tramway, next stop 5 min walking distance from the house - nearest beaches can be reached in a 10 min trip by car.
The house - interior has been refurbished completely a few years ago - is nicely appointed and kept in a v.g. maintanance condition by the owners. Everything was neat & clean - to the highest standards. The presentation in the add is highly authentic. Kitchen is fully equipped & has all sorts of appliances, unlike many holiday homes, which makes cooking a pleasure. Garden including pool area is fully protected from views from outside & well maintained, with old tree population. Kitchen door directly leads to the outside dining area & to the covered BBQ corner.
Property is owner-managed. Shirley - extremely professional and responsive in any communication - was a most pleasant host: friendly, reachable at any time, most helpful & supportive for recommendations (local restaurants & events).

This house was great (and the art superb). It was perfect for our family. Location was super with the city of Montpelier close by and the beaches of Carnon, Palavas, Le Grand Motte not far. Shirley was very accommodating and left a handwritten notes with great recommendations for things to do, places to eat etc. We arrived v late on the first day and Shirley was very accommodating. Would highly recommend.
