Villa Sans Pareil is a charming Provençal holiday home set above the village centre of La Croix-Valmer — peaceful, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and offering beautiful views over the landscape and the sea. The famous harbour of Saint-Tropez is around 13 km away, while the beaches of Plage du Débarquement and Gigaro are only a short drive from the house.
The villa is ideal for guests who want to enjoy the Côte d’Azur while still having space, privacy and a real sense of nature. From the house, you can set off on long walks towards Cap Lardier, a protected natural area known for its unspoilt scenery and secluded coves that can only be reached on foot.
Built into the hillside, the villa is arranged over two floors. It offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a separate dining room, a generous kitchen with dining area, two air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces. Throughout the day, there is always a perfect spot to enjoy the house — breakfast overlooking the garden, quiet hours in the shade or dinner with a view of the sea.

Das Beste an dem Haus ist der fantastische Blick und die Terrasse. Ruhige, gute Lage, um die Natur und die umgebenden Dörfer zu besichtigen. Das Bett im Elternschlafzimmer war neu und sehr gut. Das Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer war zwar ausreichend groß, quietscht aber bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Da würde ein neues Bett sicher eine große Verbesserung bedeuten, das ist laut Aussage des Vermieters wohl auch geplant. Das Elternbad befindet sich en suite, das zweite Bad für das andere Zimmer ein Stockwerk tiefer. Wir hatten bei herrlichem Wetter eine sehr gute Zeit.

Villa provençale bien équipée située sur les hauteurs de la Croix-Valmer avec une vue imprenable sur la baie. Espaces extérieurs très agréables. La suite parentale est très bien, dommage que la deuxième chambre soit aussi petite.
Les propriétaires sont très prévenants.

Was für ein Unterschied zu so vielen anderen Ferienhäusern. Oftmals werden als Einrichtung ja nur eine Ikea-Auswahlsendung plus vom Eigentümer ausrangiertem klobigen Ledersofa angeboten. Die sehr persönliche Ausstattung dieses Hauses wurde offensichtlich einmal liebevoll und mit Herzblut für den eigenen Bedarf ausgesucht und evoziert so das Gefühl, privat zu Gast zu sein. Auf der Terrasse zBsp. steht kein billiges Plastikgestühl, sondern schöne (und deswegen sorgsam zu behandelnde) Sitze aus Naturmaterialien, in der sehr ordentlich ausgestatteten Küche findet man auch Kuchengabeln für die feinen Törtchen der Boulangerie "des Palmiers" in La Croix Valmer, die Betten bieten die gewohnte Länge, was in Frankreich durchaus auch ganz anders sein kann, usw. Last not least wird das Gebäude von der sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Madame Stéphanie als Verwalterin betreut. Wir genossen unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen und werden gerne in diese Oase der Ruhe zurückkehren.

"Völlige Ruhe am Hang mit Meersicht, diverse Aussensitzplätze; ein grosses, traditionelles Provence-Haus in der Nähe von fantastischen Stränden. Sehr zu empfehlen für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie...."
