Amazing floating bure on the lagoon! With our own kayak tied to our dock, we kayaked every morning. The water is .crystal clear after we left the lagoon and the reef kept the water calm. Every morning felt magical with leaping schools of fish and curious birds perching on our porch privacy wall. Inexpensive excursions to the fresh water waterfall and snorkeling at turtle bay added activity to the trip. The massage by the waterfall added relaxation

Water views, location of the room on the water. The forest was all around and was very nice. Spa, my wife fell in love with it. The location of it, and the overall service they rendered for the facial, full banana leave massage, and the deep massage she had. The room cleanliness and the lady that cleaned our room each day were very good. Location of the dive boat on the hotel was very nice, although I booked most of my diving with an external service, they were very good when I used them. The gate attendants were very helpful, especially when we needed to go into town. They knew our names fairly fast and would call us by them. Nice touch.

Food was okay, but at times came out cold, or took a long time to get to you on certain times, even though you ordered in advance. Golf course was a little crazy, especially holes 6 thru 8. We knew it was not for the golfing, so not a big deal. Just fun playing where they were.

The location of the resort is undeniably beautiful, surrounded by lush rainforest and stunning ocean views. The natural environment and marine life around Savusavu remain the true highlight of the stay. Some staff members were friendly and welcoming, and the peaceful setting has great potential for a relaxing getaway.

Unfortunately, several aspects of the stay were disappointing and did not meet the standards one would expect from a resort of this category. Parts of the property felt poorly maintained and somewhat disorganized, while service and communication were inconsistent throughout the stay. The biggest disappointment was the associated dive operation. While the reefs and underwater environment themselves were enjoyable, the dive centre lacked professionalism and structure. Basic expectations regarding organisation, communication, customer care, and operational coordination were missing, creating a chaotic impression that did not inspire confidence. For a destination with such extraordinary diving potential, this was particularly frustrating. Overall, the experience fell short of the level of quality and professionalism one would normally expect in Fiji’s tourism sector.
