Normal quiet property

-fast check in , the room was available even if we arrived earlier -parking possible on site -it is quiet during the night, our room was at the ground floor and was not hot during the night -you have to walk 15 min to the beach , with kids maybe 20 min -the room was clean and it was a normal furniture , not modern , but also not damaged

-there was no cleaning done in 5 days , the floor was not swept and after so many days you can see dirt on the floor . So you need to clean it by yourself .

It had 2 AC units

Everything was bad, not like the pictures No leaving room only two connected bedrooms so small bathroom not clean sheet and towels not clean always noise from neighbors You can hear even if they use the water Owner wasn’t friendly of helpful and he threatened to kick us out at 11 pm if we don’t give him the payment although it was only our second day there and we were very sick and didn’t have any cash he refused to wait and to be understanding to our situation I don’t recommend at all

Perfect place for a partying vaccation in Budva

You get exactly what you pay for, very pleasent hosts, very clean rooms, everything you need from a place to stay when you are on a partying vacation with friends. I would highly recommend that you check this place out if going to Budva. I will definitely be coming back.

Exceptional

Superb apartment with big sun terrace in a quiet neighborhood. I had everything I needed. Stable Wifi. Nearby is a big supermarket. 10 min walk to the bus station and beach. The host is very welcoming. They even washed my clothes and brought me to the bus station. I can recommend it and would stay there again.

We are not at all satisfied with the accommodation, the sheets were dirty and not changed, it was cold when we arrived and it only warmed up the next day, there are no chairs in the "apartment"... It was as if I was in the army and not in a private accommodation that is rented out and where it should be ensured that the guests are as comfortable and pleasant as possible.

very cosy and feeling very good that place

Location is wonderfull.We stayed one night but next time we are going to stay more than one night inşallah. Room is very clean and apartment is very fresh and have lots of balcony.There are many grapes and flower at first floor.

His young brother.He said to us 'you have to pay city tax'.But I saw on app we don't need to pay city tax.

Good value apartment in Budva

Me and my wife stayed at Oregon for 5 nights in August. The apart is not luxury type, but it has all the necessary amenities - air con, mini-kitchen, fridge, balcony etc. We could do some breakfasts / dinners for ourselves - big HDL supermarket is very close; bakery (pekara) is also nearby. The street is dead end, so the apartment is relatively quite. The beach is 1km away which is Ok by Budva standards. The bus station is also 1km away, no need to use taxi.

Budva is extremely over-developed, which creates huge problems during peak season - too many people and cars, too few beach space. Herceg or Tivat are better choice for August.

great location but needs work

good location close to lots of things like shops restaurants and the beach. good price Stefan was very helpful even lending us a charger as ours wouldn’t work

we arrived and there was no one to let us in so we waited about an hour then a Russian couple showed up they waited too. when the lady came out she dealt with the Russian couple first😡 bathroom was a joke desperately needs updating as the shower head wouldn’t even go on the wall you had to hold it over you and the shower space is tiny. beds are very very uncomfortable and pillows were like sheets of paper and when we asked for more they checked how many we already had.

Amazing Hospitality With Cozy Place

First of all Alex and his family are welcoming to us. They are friendly and helpful. They helped us in many things. We felt like at home. The apartment is so close to the beach, markets, restaurants, bus station. Location is great. The apartment has big terraces, rooms have useful kitchens. We had every equipment we needed. AC was working perfectly. Hot water always ready. Rooms are very clean. Also bed sheets and towels are clean.

At Oregon Apartments we felt like at home! Apartments were very cozy, well equipped, here we ha d everything we need :) Also, special shoutout to Stevo and his family - they were the kindest people we had ever met in our trips. Thank you very much!

Great place for good money! Preisverteres

Great location ( lots of shops and restaurants , great way to go to becici ), staff ( Juro the owner) is great and very hospitable person, helped in everything , showed the routes to cafes , shops, beach, gave homegrown grape and figas, helped to order taxi , the main thing -check out time is 10 am, he let me stay till 15 (!) as i had a late flight! Come visit you will not regret!

Pleasant accommodation in a beautiful city of Budva. +/-15 min from the bus station and the beach.

A beautiful house with a terrace. Very nice and helpful host. Groceries and restaurants not far from the place.

The beach could be a bit closer but this is not a guilt of the host.

Розташування чудове! Апартаменти три поверхи, на кожному по одному помешканню. У нас був двокімнатний номер. Ліжка двоспальне та розкладний диван , достатньо великий і зручний. Кондиціонери в кожній кімнаті.Кухня - мийка,плита електрична, холодильник, посуд. Санвузол - все в нормі. З водопостачанням все чудово! Хазяїн дуже привітний і позитивний! До моря йти хвилин 15, по дорозі є магазин, біля нього перед розкладкою з овочами і фруктами маленький магазинчик, там можна замовити підсмажити мʼясо та бургери. Море неймовірне! Обовʼязково побувайте на острові, там дуже красиво! Супермаркет- піднятися по дорозі хвилин 5,там є все! Відпочинок класний! Рекомендую!

Ogólnie pobyt był udany. To dobre miejsce na krótszy wyjazd w świetnej lokalizacji, z bardzo sympatyczną obsługą.

Świetna lokalizacja – bardzo blisko plaży, w pobliżu sklepów i restauracji, więc wszystko jest pod ręką. Pokój czysty, zadbany i zgodny z opisem. Właściciele są mili i pomocni, co sprawia, że pobyt przebiega w miłej atmosferze. Dużym plusem jest też cisza i spokój w okolicy – można naprawdę odpocząć.

Największym minusem są łóżka – niestety materace są niewygodne i czuć sprężyny, przez co komfort snu jest ograniczony. Brak czajnika.
