    Nice stay with family for 6 nights. Awesome hospitality and services by all the staff members. Excellent breakfast served by Lal Bahadur and Amit Nayak. Room hospitality very gud service by Ms Navjot. Value for money.

    I recently stayed at JW Marriott and left feeling disappointed, as the experience did not meet the standards I associate with the JW Marriott brand. Upon arrival, there was no drinking water available in the lobby. Even three-star hotels keep water and glasses readily available for arriving guests, so this was quite surprising at a luxury property. What was even more disappointing was that after waiting in the lobby for 10–15 minutes, I noticed welcome drinks being offered to guests from another country, while we had not been offered the same hospitality. Whether intentional or not, it created a feeling of being overlooked in our own country and left a poor first impression. I was also traveling with a young child. At a family-friendly luxury hotel, I would expect the staff to proactively inquire about or offer children's amenities as a goodwill gesture. Instead, I had to ask about these amenities myself the following morning, after which they were provided. Such thoughtful touches should ideally be anticipated rather than requested. While the stay had its positives, the lack of proactive hospitality and attention to guest comfort fell short of what I expect from a JW Marriott. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the premium service standards that the brand is known for.

    It was a special day and I booked a room as it was first time my 6 months old baby came out of house to stay. I requested way before that i need a room with mountain view and i was not alloted the same. So i called reception from room, some one namely “Naman” picked and was talking in very rude manner and i requested him and he was using sarcastic tone that sir dont you know chandigarh dont have mountains. He was making a fool out of me and even was fighting. Then went to manager but nobody was ready to listen me. But later was granted the room with a view. Now talking about rooms, washroom cant be called 5 star it lack proper sanitation. And what one expect from 5 star property it was not the case with room, room was stinking with fevicol smell. We asked for baby cot and it was also broken. Breakfast was below par. Overall very disappointing stay. Very very bad service.
