The owner/staff were very nice! Any issues were addressed straight away. The location is about a 10 minute walk to downtown and the river. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry. The bed was comfortable.
The air/heat unit is only in the bedroom so the living are was pretty chilly when we arrived (in December). We asked for a space heater, which was provided and really helped! Wifi was a little spotty. The kitchen could use some amenities like a kitchen towel and larger cups and mugs. Just a few additions that would make for a more comfortable stay, but overall pleasant!

Lovely clean pool and lounging area.
Gardens well kept.
Good location for shop beside apartment.
Short walk to restaurants and supermarket.
Gurkan offers mini bus travel and kindly took our family to the airport in the middle of the night.
Lady who cleans rooms very pleasant and waves despite the language barrier.
Noisy and busy due to local children's school holidays, early morning until very late at night.
Language barrier was an issue with other guests and most staff.

Very clean, nicely furnished and equipped. Hot shower water with pressure, decent quiet location but still in walking distance to city center, comfy mattress in main bedroom.
Hot water smells like hot springs, super bright white lights everywhere
