they screwed us over, we paid for apartment for 6 people, because we supposed to be four, one of us couldn't go, so they gave us smaller apartment for 3 people with price for four the beds are small and uncomfortable

When checking in, we were informed that the apartments were completely different, at a different address from the one on the confirmation sent in advance. We were informed that the agency has the right to assign apartments anywhere within a 2.5 km radius of the centre of Livigno. We were given an apartment about 1,5 km from the centre, even though we had counted on living in the centre. The room we were given had not been renovated for 35 years. The kitchen equipment was very poor. The internet was only connected on the second day , after we complained several times that it was not. Two of the four beds had very sleepy mattresses. Everything was worn out and in need of repair. During our 7 days there, we had one lock on the front door snap off, the electrical fuses were blown (we turned on several appliances at the same time), the decorative lining on the light switch fell off and the bath tap did not work properly. The toilet bowl was movable and not fixed to the floor. The apartment we were offered was not worth the money we paid for it. It was nowhere near the quality that was originally booked and confirmed. Other clients should expect that they will not be guaranteed to get what the agency offered when they originally booked. They lure clients with a quality apartment, but when you arrive on site, they give you a poor quality apartment. Then, when booking, an entry was shown that it could be a different address when I booked, this comment was, if we booked 2 apartments, then it is possible that they will be at a different address. I did not pay attention to this, because I have one apartment, a specific address in the confirmation, a photo of a specific apartment with the reservation.

We loved it, just bring or buy some basics

The apartment that we got was very beautiful and super comfy. It was warm during winter months. Enough space to comfy rest after spending all day on the mountain. Right next to the bus stop.

The fact that roulette apartments never provide things like hand soap, dishwashing detergent, not even kitchen towel. Its fine if you stay for longer time, not a problem to get those things at the supermarket, but incase you come for lets say 2 days, its quite a waste to buy all that. So maybe come prepared. :))

Misleading !!!

the property was to far from the city . we traveled every day with all equipment with 2 children and ski equipment ! nee arrest bus stop wells about 300 m the only way to get there was trough the main road . so only option was a cab which was 12 euro each side.

The number that was provided to us did not correspond to the photographs that were provided on the site. The number was torn off on the wall and hung along the wall, the toilet was staggering, there was no Internet, it was impossible to sleep on the bed, as it simply fell into the mattress, there were no accessories in the room for The kitchens, the hood is all in fat, the TV is all in spots, the pressure in the shower is faulty, everywhere the hair and elastic bands. We turned immediately to the registration stand, asked to change the number. They refused us, they said that everyone was busy. We called Bocking, told the situation, wrote a letter and attached photos of the apartments. They painted the apartment placement. The accommodation service that the apartments did not answer us and did not answer all messages, ignored. As a result, we spent the whole day on the phone with the client service. We promised to solve the problem, they told us to settle in the apartments and the next day they will tell our actions further. They settled into apartments, but no one contacted us. The second day we again called the Booking service, they said that they wrote a letter to the APPARTA PLACS Service, but they didn’t answer them. They didn’t change us, the number in the room did not fix it and did not even apologize. At the end we took photos two days, sent They called, went to the accommodation service, nothing changed, except for our spoiled mood and rest. Calls in Booking went out in 196 euros.

The apartment is in a different location from where you think it’s going to be!

It was clean and warm

the location differed from when we booked the apartment saying it was within the town but on arrival it was outer town. apartment it self was basic no tea towel, washing up liquid or cloth. no hand towels. Front door to the apartment block never locked so ski equipment was right by the door so I didn’t like to leave for anyone to take!!

Far a way frim the center

The size of the property. The experience it self staying in an appartementhause

We suposed to get the Appartement in livigno center, as per the listing of this property. It was missleading as its stated somewhere that it may be far away lik 2.5mil from the center. If you you don't have a car don't take the risk, you may end up the mountain but uts still 2.5 mile ti the center

Solid, low cost apartment in the middle of Livigno.

Location OK. Apartment OK. Cleanliness OK. Kitchen well equipped. Parking available. No mayor complaints.

Generally everything was OK, Maybe some small things were missing, I believe the host will take care of it. For example - parking spot was taken when I returned from one day trip, kitchen cutting pad would come in handy, shower curtain would be nice. And bring your dishcloth and dishcleaner or buy it in the store.

Got better than what I expected

The place is in walking distance to ski lift(400m), quiet neighborhood. Town center is down the hill.

Having at least one soap in the bathroom would be a huge plus. When I'm packing personal hygiene, soap kind of became the expected thing to have in room, just like towels are

Simple, yet cozy accommodation located close to Cassana Sky Lift and a very good restaurant.

The 8 people accommodation was really close to Cassana Ski Lift - 5 minutes on foot to get to the ski lift. Coming back from the slopes is really easy as there is a "kind" of slope ending just near the accommodation unit.

It could get a bit noisy in as there is a car wash facility right in the same building. You should be aware of this in case you are not a morning person and would like to sleep in and you are sensible to noise while sleeping.

No cue.

No explenation of waste handling or ski area. No explenation of anything. Just here are the keys, here's how to get to it and that's all. Some things in the appartment (lightt, heating, bathroom fan etc weren't working properly. The local inhabitants below the appartment smoked inside their house. So be prepared to always enter your bathroom (connected through air shaft) with a cigarette smell.After mentionning this to the host (loval agency erre&gi they just replied: "we'll let the owner know" and that's it. They did not bother at all. At the check out they djust recepted the keys without asking anything about our stay or else. This kind of service is why some people tasks are being replaced by computers. This review is the only thing that asked us about our stay and trip.
