Sandra at Accom Noosa is outstanding, she's genuinely a very nice and helpful person and knows her stuff. Enormously impressed. Fairshore is great, room quality can vary a fair bit bit the price point is right given the facilities and location.

This is the best location in Noosa, it is right on that most beautiful northern beach at the back of Hastings St. We didn't have a car, but there was plenty to do on foot, walks along the beach, cafes and restaurants nearby. The balcony is large and has a full view of the beach - so beautiful!
The hot water in the main bathroom would cut out, but fortunately, there were two bathrooms, so we used the other shower for the week.

Location is unbeatable along Hastings Street. Staff always on hand - we did have a problem with the fridge and it was seen to immediately. The pool was a nice temperature as was the spa. I left something at the apartment by mistake and the staff were amazing at getting it back to me, so helpful and appreciated!
The gym was almost non existent. one dumbell and machines that dont work makes it hardly worth saying you have a gym. Only one bathroom in the apartment which was an oversight by me but worth mentioning for older/larger families. Not really suitable for a family of 5.

You truly can’t beat the location, which remains the standout feature and a big reason we chose to return. That said, given the current condition of the unit, it feels out of step to be charging prices comparable to other properties on the strip that offer a noticeably higher standard. At this price point, the experience felt closer to a 3-star Airbnb than a premium or luxury stay. With refurbishment and better maintenance, this could once again justify its pricing.
This was our second stay at the property — we first stayed here around 10 years ago, and at that time it was in much better condition. Unfortunately, the unit we stayed in on this visit is clearly showing its age, with noticeable wear and tear and a general lack of upkeep that detracts from the experience.
