About this house rental
This traditional updated and recently expanded Classic Hampton Saltbox is 3 miles from everything the Hamptons has to offer. 3 miles from the center of East Hampton, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor Towns. Its is a 5-minute walk to Wainscott Village center that offers Barry's Boot Camp, Main Beach Surf Shop & School, Levain Bakery, Goldberg Bagels, Breadzilla, and many other great shops and only 1.5-mile bike ride to one of the Best Beaches in the Hamptons, Beach Lane. Also less than 2 miles from Wolfer Winery. This ideal location offers the best of what the Hamptons has to offer.
Five bedrooms four and a half bath home has plenty of space inside and outside for you and your guests. It is beautifully decorated and in exceptional condition. The living room has an amazing vaulted ceiling with fireplace and French doors that lead out to the outdoor deck.
The dining room has a large farm table that sits up to 12 very comfortably.

2. Guest Room #1 is on the second floor with queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub. It also has a massive walk-in closet. queen bed
3. Guest Room #2 is on the second floor. It is large and spacious with 2 twin beds and a very large double door closet.
4. Guest Room #3 is on the second floor. Its is bright and airy with a closet and queen bed.
5.Guest Room #4, queen bed, located on the first floor. It has a large closet and desk to study at. It is off the downstairs hallway near the stairs leading up. It has direct access to the first-floor powder room

Couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family vacation! Perfect house, perfect pool, perfect location.
We would spend the mornings at the East Hampton beach and afternoons in the pool. Breakfast from Levain or Breadzilla. And, evenings either in town or after a quick drive in Sag Harbor, Montauk, Bridgehampton, and Southampton.
The house had everything you would need – super kitchen and really appreciated all the towels, umbrellas, and beach chairs.
Alison was wonderful – so thoughtful and responsive!

We had an amazing time at this house! The house, pool and garden are beautifully maintained. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and it's location couldn't be better. Most of all Alison is a fantastic hostess, she's very responsive to questions and very helpful.
