L'appartamento è perfettamente corrispondente alle foto dell'annuncio. Le stanze, il mobilio e tutto quello che contiene sembra nuovo per cui non solo perfettamente pulito ma anche di recente implementazione. Il padrone di casa è gentilissimo e di parola; abita al piano terreno della struttura ma è sempre discreto ed attento ai nostri spazi e alla nostra privacy. Un gentiluomo. Il bagno ha un boiler enorme che garantisce acqua calda anche dopo quattro docce consecutive. Doppia esposizione, per cui anche nelle notti più calde è sempre ventilato. Se proprio non ne puoi fare a meno, il condizionatore è funzionante perfettamente. La posizione è strategica, puoi andare a piedi nel centro del paese o prendere la macchina (parcheggio privato) e visitare qualsiasi luogo. Tutto meraviglioso, gli ho comprato anche il liquore di fichi che fa lui :)

Naš domaćin Tomislav je vrlo ljubazan i srdačno nas je dočekao. Dao nam je sve potrebne informacije o mjestu i otoku Krku. Apartman je moderno uređen i izuzetno čist. Opremljen je svime što je potrebno za ugodan odmor. Pogled s terase je predivan, a lokacija tiha i mirna. Ispunio je sva naša očekivanja.

Nemam nikakvih primjedbi.

Tomislav, the host was waiting for us at the entrance, showed us everything in the apartment and gave a short presentation about the island, Punat, the beaches and the main attractions and offered with a welcome drink. The apartment is clean and well equipped, has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), towels a nice and big living room with kitchen. In the living room there is a big couch and a flat TV with several channels available. In the kitchen there is a hob, 2 types of coffee makers, big fridge with freezer as well. In the bathroom there is a shower with doors. The apartment also has a terrace with a table and chairs, which is located outside the apartment. Wifi is also available in the apartment, and has a safe parking place in front of the entrance of the house. If I visit Krk again, I would definitely choose this place again. :)

Sometimes the wifi had a poor quality (maybe due to storms and heavy rains). Microwave could be a plus if we want to heat something up quickly.
