The spectacular view.
The bathroom could use some love. The towels are a bit worn, the sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain and the curtain could be replaced with a glass door as it leaks. Offering teabags and a decaffeinated coffee option would have been a nice touch.

Beachfront. Sea view. Apartment is spacious and spotless. Fully equipped kitchen. Super nice host.
Could be noisy when sleeping at night. Beachside restaurants right downstairs, a bit lack of privacy if you want to stay close to the window. Wifi is slow, better have it fixed
