A wonderful gem in the heart of Forte Dei Marmi and we would definitely stay there again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful The breakfast was great Loved the authentic traditional feel of the hotel. Fantastic location for beach and shops/restaurants

We stayed with our two dogs for one night on our way to Rome and it was a perfect stop over

Great location. Close to the beach for a lovely walk and close to the centre of town.

At about 4am a huge stream of people made a lot of noise in the streets (drunk singing etc). Because we were in a front room facing the street it was extremely loud. As we were on the first floor we could also hear staff downstairs early in the moring.

I used booking.com to make this reservation 7/4-7/28 on 7/6 ( just 2 days into the stay) I needed to change the departure to 7/9. The hotel said it had to go through Booking.com and Booking.com said it had to be approved through the hotel. I offered to pay two nights fee extra for needing to move the the check out much sooner but the hotel wouldn’t give me a refund and booking.com didn’t get the charges of 19 days refunded to my Amex that booking.com charged . The hotel and booking.com kept saying it was the other not cooperating. I would not suggest using Booking.com not staying at this dishonest hotel . The hotel kept saying to Booking.com that the man here’s wasn’t there and yet to spoke to the manager in person 7/6 to change the departure , 10 min. 2 min. later the front desk told the booking.com agent that the manager wasn’t present. After several attempts on my part to reach the manger and to get Booking.com to be effective in returning some of my money I got nowhere. I am asking American Express if they can help. It’s safer to book hotels yourself and to be clearer in the terms than to go through booking.com and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, sadly they were not gracious and were not willing to return some of my money and most likely rebooked out that room.

Exceptional

Booked a night here at the last minute after spending longer than intended along the Ligurian coast. It turned out that this was the last night the hotel was open before closing for the winter, it proved a good choice, all the staff were friendly and helpful, the two waiters in the restaurant in particular, in spite of it being busy. We hope they all enjoy a well deserved rest.

Disappointing

Room was very noisy...adjacent to the entrance and tables where people sat and smoked and talked until 1:30 am! Toilet was very noisy too...couldn't raise the shutters as all the guest could see in the room! Dark...little sunlight!

Pleasant

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bicycles available, parking, very nice breakfast.

The room was for 1 person. For touring it was ok but for a beach holiday it lacked the possibilities for drying towels, both hanger and room to set it up. Being on the ground floor there was no terrace. If doing a beach holiday I would insist on a room upstairs with a balcony. Also, the room was ok sized for one but not for a longer stay of 2.

Assolutamente l'accoglienza, la disponibilità, la cortesia, Sara poi, Meravigliosa! Pulizia, organizzazione, bella struttura. Mantenuta con le caratteristiche di un tempo. Posizione eccellente. Staff attento, cucina semplice ma con il sapore di casa. Minestre e zuppe Eccellenti. Non è da tutti. Colazione ,Tutto ciò che si desidera. Accoglienza animali da affezione, nel mio caso Balù. Mi sono trovata molto bene!

In realtà non c'è niente che non mi sia piaciuto. Forse sarebbe meglio, avendo l'accesso alla spiaggia privata, avvisare il cliente. Inserirlo sul sito. Un vantaggio per tutti.
