Location.
Didn't know hotel was under renovation when I booked. Had to follow up housekeeping shortcomings (liquid soap refills) and lighting failures.

Friendly staff and the breakfast buffet is awesome. I would also highly recommend dinner in the restaurant on the property. Excellent food with great service!
