The room is small but comfortable, and having a sink in the room is a nice convenience. The restroom and shower are shared, but they were clean during my stay. A sink in the shared shower area has a rather bold color and pattern choice—it certainly caught my attention! The location is great, with most major attractions within walking distance. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's a good choice if you're looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The main downsides were the unpleasant odor in the hallway and around the reception area—it occasionally smelled like vomit or strong cheese—and the room key, which could be tricky to use. It sometimes took a few attempts to unlock the door.

Check in was stressful. Could not get key box code to work and thus took long time to extract key for my room. Reception only manned for relatively short hours - check in has been automated and I am the generation that hates dealing with apps After a long stressful journey I just want to check in with a human being at the reception desk, not wrestle with downloading an app Also there was steep climb to second floor room because although there is an elevator in the building. guests of the hotel are forbidden to use it. This seems bizarre.

Found it a bit bizarre there is a private shower and sink but no toilet.

It was so frustrating to check in. Very poor communication. The check in area smelled like rotten cheese. The beds were awful. I could feel every spring.
