One male impressed me by the quick check in and the way he responded after I expressed concern over my cold room . He came in immediately and sorted out the heating system.

Most of the staff were friendly and the location was good.
Was promised a hot breakfast but the buffet kept getting wiped out as soon as the food arrived. When I went to talk to the staff about it they said I should have got there earlier but I had got there much earlier and had spent over an an hour waiting, went up to the buffet five times but every time the hot food had already gone. It seemed like people waited by the food then took all of it as soon as it came out. There wasn't that many people there so I think people were being greedy - I saw food left on plates when I left. I'd never experienced this before so didn't realise I needed to wait by the food station in order to get food. They should have brought out enough or restricted how much each person too. If the staff had apologised I think I wouldn't have felt so annoyed but the staff member basically blamed me telling me I should have got there before 9 when I told him I had got there at 8:45 and there was no food then, or any of the other times I went up to the buffet. They could at least have taken accountability.
