We liked the cleanliness, staff friendliness, free breakfast and the excellent pricing.

The only thing we didn't like was the lack of plugs in the bedroom. It was an issue for us.

Moth infested, rashes from the bedding, illness caused by tap water, security concerns

Not much, whole stay was ruined. from safety concerns to being ill because of the tap water, it was all a bad experience.

Someone tried getting into my room Wednesday night smashing on my door trying to open the handle constantly, my room was infested with moths which was so weird they where in the bed ,the shower, all over my clothes everywhere. Woke up with rashes all over my body , I've been unwell the past 3 days from drinking the tap water.

The location is great as it is within walking distance of the city centre and the railway station. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel was clean, the room was a good size and the bed was very comfy.

We have stayed here a few times and the breakfast has always been really good but this time everything was quite dry, hard and rubbery and overcooked which was such a shame. The lighting in the bedroom could have been better as it was very dark.

Great value for money in a really nice hotel

Staff were very friendly and accommodating - lovely stay, in a nice hotel. Value for money was great for the weekend and the breakfast in the morning was lovely. Car parking was offered at £1.50 for 24 hours which is marvellous!

Convenient location and reasonable value

Great location, convenient parking, large and generally comfortable rooms.

Room cleaning lacks attention to detail, we found kids sweets and left over items from previous guests in two of our three rooms. Carpets have visible dust and dirt and walls were stained. Rooms can be a little noisy and breakfast was not varied or of a high quality.

Because of the hotel's policy's, my life was in danger when I went to sleep!

The breakfast

The room only had one plug socket and it was impossible to reach my CPAP BREATHING MACHINE at the side of the bed, so I ended up sleeping on the floor next to the socket. The hotel staff would not loan me an extension lead because of health and safety concerns, which put my health and safety in jeopardy, as without the machine I would die in my sleep

Lovely stay close to main shopping centre, clean warm rooms

Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have veggie sausages and mushrooms. Staff were very friendly and accomendating

When booking it would have been nice to know about how to reach the hotel. We didn't know we had to drive to the 4th floor of the public carpark to be able to access the hotel. Biscuits provided in rooms to have with coffee in the morning

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite and professional, making us feel truly welcome. Their kindness and high standard of service were impressive. The room was spacious and very clean, maintained to excellent standards. Breakfast exceeded my expectations—the variety of items was great, and the staff serving breakfast were extremely helpful. The morning coffee was outstanding and a perfect start to the day. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

, I experienced a serious issue on our way back. The lift stopped working while we were inside, and when my husband pressed the alarm, no one responded. He had to force the door open manually, which was very stressful. I am partially blind, and being stuck in the lift caused me significant anxiety. This situation highlights an urgent need for proper lift maintenance and emergency response. Additionally, the entrance of the hotel is complicated and could be improved for better accessibility. While the service and amenities were impressive, safety and accessibility need immediate attention. Lifts needs maintenance .

Bring given a room with connecting door to another room and on asking for a different room was told there were none available or zi could pay for an upgrade The table lamp was not working .. I did report it on checking out ..

No once replenish tea and coffee facility. Have asked for boiled egg for my 20 month old and was denied for the same by member of staff.

Convenient and satisfactory for a 2-3 nights

The room was fine (except for the lighting, see below). Breakfast was adequate. Location excellent, especially if you arrive by train into Bradford Interchange. Note that the hotel is part of a large complex and therefore quite difficult to find. Good shower.

The lighting in the room was appalling. Two wall lights at each end of the room, with very low power bulbs, plus the small desk lights beside the bed and on the desk. Nothing to illuminate the centre of the room at all. Great lighting in the shower /toilet though. The scrambled eggs were remarkably tasteless.

Clean, friendly staff, good selection at breakfast, excellent location for transport links and the city centre. Very reasonable parking at the leisure exchange car park. £4.50 for 3 days.

This is the best Holiday Inn Express that I’ve stayed in UK. Truly best value for money. I particularly would like to commend the excellent staff Jay and Haseeb who were very professional and cheerful to guests. Jay went the extra mile in helping out a guest over the phone with lots of requests (hopefully for genuine reasons). If hotel staffs are always like these two fellows, the world has hope.

The hash brown could be better but that’s a very minor thing.

Excellent price worth a stay.

Delighted with the Room and car park very near. Inexpensive parking. The accommodation very good clean and had all one needed in the room. Breakfast good plates cold. The area outside of the hotel had a distinctive smell from the drains. Very unpleasant. The staff obliging and polite. We will visit again Thank- you.
