Location, cleanliness, polite stuff.
I suggest replacing the mattress. A better quality mattress would make a lot of difference.

Everything! This is our second time staying and we loved it just as much. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The room is so cosy and homely. The accommodation had Christmas decorations making it feel so festive. The room was spotless clean. I would highly recommend and we will be coming back soon!

It was close to the city centre, quiet, with a free parking. Every room had its own kettle. The owner was very nice and helpful.
The bed in the attic room was so loud that it was waking me up every time I moved during night. There was no stove at the kitchenette.
