The staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast perfect, even though it wasn’t too many or none people at the pousada because of the season they manage to make a special breakfast for me and my daughter. Love it !!!!

It’s like 15 min away from the main restaurants and tourist attractions but fine for me since I wanted a quiet place.

I wouldn’t return.

it’s a beautiful and good place to stay if you stay in the main building. good breakfast.

the property is split in two buildings and there is a road between them. heavy traffic. in the main building is everything you need: staff, pool, restaurant, beach, etc and in the other building there isn’t even staff to help or attend you. i had to cross the road carrying my luggage what I considered dangerous.

Outstanding- definitely returning.

Extremely friendly and helpful reception by Gabriel and Samuel - Staff goes beyond normal duties to ensure you are happy. From the hostess in the evening (I’m bad with names) to Grazie during breakfast. Breakfast variety is amazing - don’t even get started with the drinks !! Chef’s creations are out this world.

Nothing comes to mind. I enjoyed everything as presented. Although, local tv would be a plus.

Magical and restful stay - the perfect getaway in Buzios

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Villa Rasa. Every detail was incredibly thought through, from the delicious / beautifully arranged food, the super helpful and kind staff, and the special hand touches that made our stay magical. Even before our stay, Anamaria went beyond expectations to help us for our arrival (we came with a group of 25 people!) and each person felt personally taken care of. She helped us organizing taxis, organize beautiful activities in their gorgeous back yard, and make sure the meeting rooms were ready and organized with everything we needed for our work meetings. Thank you!

I am so glad we choose Villa Rasa, even is a little to far from the center it was great! The staff was really nice with us an let us check out after the limit for our convenience.

Amazing location. Beautiful beach right in the footsteps of the hotel. Beautiful hotel. Excellent restaurant, thoughtful staff. No loud music, with soft/cozy ambient music at the right volume.

There could be water sports gear available to the guests. Like bodyboards, surfboards, and paddle surfing. It would make the experience perfect.

Excellent pousada in front of a quiet beach

The room was very comfortable and had a wonderful view of the Praia Rasa beach. Breakfast was very good and the staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The humidity in the bathroom is very high as air doesn't flow enough in there. The shower needs re-caulking because water seeps out from the enclosure.

Pleasant and relaxing

Location is good, however on a very busy street. Rooms are big and clean, the AC works well and the restaurant/bar is good enough. Really good drinks and staff is super friendly and willing to do everything for you. Must try their waffle cheese bread !

Staying at the annex is not a good deal as does not have all the infrastructure and you have to keep crossing it. When it rains, it gets big puddles that makes the process more challenging.

O staff do hotel é simplesmente maravilhoso! Pessoas educadas, prestativas e sempre sorridentes — todos muito simpáticos, tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante. Preferimos não citar nomes, pois certamente seríamos injustas e acabaríamos esquecendo alguém. Já nos hospedamos em outro hotel do mesmo dono e comentamos que o pudim de chia do café da manhã de lá era uma grande memória afetiva da nossa hospedagem. A funcionária que nos servia ouviu o comentário e prontamente avisou a cozinha. No dia seguinte, fomos surpreendidas com o pudim de chia no café da manhã — um gesto que nos marcou profundamente e nos fez sentir cuidadas e acolhidas. Foram quatro dias realmente especiais. Nosso muito obrigada a toda a equipe!

Como sugestão de melhoria, utilizamos o Espaço Alongamento e acreditamos que ele poderia ser um pouco mais bem estruturado. Hoje, há poucos equipamentos, como halteres variados e caneleiras, além de espaço limitado, o que dificulta a prática de exercícios. Não se trata de transformá-lo em uma academia, mas há margem para melhorias que deixariam a experiência ainda mais completa.

Aconchegante e extremamente agradável. Voltarei sempre que possível, sem a menor dúvida

A pousada é linda, aconchegante, faz a gente se sentir em casa. As instalações são ótimas e o staff é extremamente gentil e solicito em nos ajudar. O café da manhã é uma delícia, não só pela comida em si, mas também pelo ambiente do restaurante. A comida para almoço e jantar também é ótima. Se você não quiser sair pra nada, não precisa. A praia está ali, a piscina, o gramado lindo e bem cuidado e o restaurante com boas opções. Viajei com a minha família, incluindo uma criança pequena, e nos sentimos muito bem tratados.

Gostei de tudo, absolutamente nada pra reclamar. Minha única sugestão é ter alguém sempre na piscina e na praia pra receber os pedidos de bar/comida de quem estiver ali, porque às vezes demorou um pouquinho, mas não é uma reclamação de forma alguma.

Ótima opção em búzios

Ambiente muito agradável e organizado. Ótimas toalhas e lençóis. Restaurante com excelentes opções e preço justo . Café da manhã bem gostoso(, principalmente os pães ) e opções para pedir a cozinha.

Ficamos hospedados no apto 3 e notamos somente um detalhe simples q pode ser melhorado, o banheiro precisa de pequenos reparos , danos decorrentes de uso, como o revestimento externo da banheira.

Excelente opção na Praia Rasa

Localização, pé na areia, a estrutura da pousada como um todo é muito boa. Funcionários atenciosos. Excelente café da manhã.

A pousada está precisando de uma manutenção nas partes com madeiras (janelas, portas, cadeiras, deck) devido ao desgaste do sol. E o restaurante poderia variar seu cardápio, pois, para quem fica mais tempo, acaba repetindo. Uma sugestão seria ter uma novo prato no dia. Opções como outras massas e pizzas poderiam integrar o cardápio.
