Its location is excellent. The staff are very friendly. Especially, Coco who works at Club Lounge is very friendly and works very hard to meet our needs. Room cleaning person works very hard to keep our room clean. The room is very spacious and clean.

Great location for exploring Shanghai, close to Yu Garden and the River, easy to walk to many places. The Executive lounge had the most wonderful view of Shanghai
The hotel is in need of complete refurbishment. The food and ambience in the breakfast area needs to be improved.

Location was really convenient!
Too much noise from the clubs in the hotel, the walls were not insulated. The jacuzzi was not hot at all a bit of poor facilities.
