This studio located on a quiet dead-end street in the highly desirable alphabet district has a cozy living space with a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, private bathroom, and a cozy living room area with queen size bed and sleeper sofa. This quaint studio has an open floor plan featuring a kitchen that is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The cozy living room space includes a queen bed with white linen, sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. There's a relaxing dining area with a table and chairs plus a separate dining nook with stools. The unit provides a private fully furnished bathroom with shower plus a washer and dryer for convenience!
This studio has its own private entrance with keyless entry located to the side of the Victorian house down a short, well lit path. You'll be greeted with a a small outdoor patio with table and chairs situated just outside your door.
