I was given a suite with exceptional views and facilities. When the lock to the door broke, the staff went out of their way to take care of us until maintenance could repair the door. Food was great.
I cannot think of anything that wasn't exceptionally well conceived and executed.

Lovely setting and looks amazing as you approach. The inside is just so Scottish!! Tartan decor.
