The communication was good, the staff very helpful, the room was clean & comfortable
It was a shame that there were limited facilities. No food options or bar available.

The beds are so comfortable. A family room with everything we needed. We stay at the Preston hotel on a regular basis because of the above and also the location.
We were in the attic room in the main house, and when we entered it was like walking into a furnace. The air-conditioning was off and then couldn't go below 18c. It turned off when the lights were turned off, a very hot night. However the weather has been exceptionally hot.

The room was spacious and clean
There was no. Breakfast. In fact no food at all and bar wasn’t even open. They should be knocking money off for that. As I didn’t find out until the day before that there was no food or bar.
