Location and the terrace. Helpful owner. Easy to access. The lady met us and showed the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped.
That it was in two levels, bedroom in the middle floor and toilet on the upper floor. The bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner. The toilet was very small but clean. We didn’t like that we had to go through owners flat to get to the apartment, since the owner lives in the same house without separate entrance.

Sea view from the terrace was amazing. The friendly owner helped us to set up a parasol and we could enjoy breakfast outside every morning. The room and storage were large enough and beds were comfortable. Location was good. Everything was within walking distance including a local bus stop going to Isola/Piran.
The fridge was smelly, though the function was good enough.
