Summer Lodge is a truly special place from the moment you arrive. Vassilis and Revekka are such wonderful hosts, always kind, thoughtful, and ready with a smile. And Valentina, who keeps everything sparkling clean, adds her own warmth and care that make the stay even more comfortable.
Every little detail shows how much love the whole team puts into this place. The atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and full of charm - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Crete.
I loved them all, and I already can’t wait to come back in June next year. Thank you all for making me feel so welcome -see you soon!

Although a 30-40 minute bus ride from Chania town, Summer Lodge is a Fantastic place if you want to be away from the busy places. A peaceful and pretty hotel with a Lovely vibe...There are places nearby to get food and drink and the mostly deserted beach is just a few minutes walk away. The bus stops are close by also - So nothing was ever too much effort.
The owners of the property were kind, chatty and helpful. And last but not least the two cats at the hotel were a Joy to be around !! If I get the chance to go back to Chania I would definitely stay at this hotel again !9
Being near the main road, although handy can be a bit noisy at times but it never bothered me too much. The individual refrigerator in the room was very noisy and I did wake up to it a couple of times.
