The location and facilities. We’ve been in this hotel twice. Last year and this year.
A bit difficult to be understood at first - my child has ADHD and ASD, so it was stressful for him to eat at the restaurant as it’s always busy and noisy. But after a while they became more flexible with us.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner was amazing. Check in was fast, and staff helpful. 2 min from the beach, shops. Very good location.
The bed, i like double not two single as double. Pillows not comfy at all.
And i would like in room to be a small fridge..

I liked the staff — they were friendly and helpful. The food was good on some evenings, and the breakfast was awesome.
What I didn’t like: the hotel was very noisy. The rooms were poorly insulated; you could hear every word, every movement, and even when someone from another floor opened a drawer or moved something. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to sleep more than three hours a night.
