Location is good, just few minutes by feet to bus stop to reach Rome centre or Vaticano.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Underground parking is a bit strange, but it's there and I was happy about it. Most important it was free.
Room was clean, looked good. Towel heater in bathroom was put on max and you cant control it, so even with closed bathroom door, was too warm.
Terrace was nice bonus and the view was amazing.
Breakfast was okay, I liked hot sandwiches machine.
Soundproof was so-so.

Everything was good. The location was a little bit out of the way but doable for walking to some places. Uber did the trick for places further.
Restaurant was very good. Great value.

Excellent location of the hotel for tourist comming with a car, just beside the resticted zones. Underground garage for a vechicle is a great bonus.
Walkable to the Vatican, with many shops, restaurants, fast food chains in that area.
Metro station is some 15min away, but busses are only 6-7 min away from hotel.
Nice breakfast, but same every day.
Nice room, comfortable bed. We have a decent night sleep.
The balcony doors are extremely bad and let a lot of sound from outside into the room.
There were plumbing pipes running through our room, so you could hear every sound of running water. Very annoying!!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is also excellent for visiting Rome.. and a great breakfast.
The room was noisy due to an adjoining door where we could hear everything from the next room. Cleanliness was just average (neither good nor bad). We were also disappointed that we couldn't use the wellness facilities; the pool was cold, and the jacuzzi only ran during the day (9:00–19:00), which is when we were out exploring.
