Blue Sea Garden

My room was spacious and very clean. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Good price for the facilities provided. Right in the middle of the old town so close to everything you could want, including the beach club, restaurants, bars, museums and shopping.

It didn’t bother me but as you are in the centre of the old town, it is noisy, with lots of other hotels and clubs nearby. The hotel has live entertainment every evening so if you want an early night, take earplugs! I also thought a kettle in the room would be useful so you could make a coffee if you didn’t want to go out first thing.

I only stayed for one night but I had really good night sleep. It is in lovely location in old town close to lots of bars and restaurants and staff were lovely and welcoming.

It is really basic room, no tea or coffee facilities but bars are just outside and room was bit dark as windows covered by trees but for just sleeping is a good option.

The room was clean and bed comfortable. Good size bathroom with rainfall shower. My room was right of the main terrace. I could easily step out for a beer with live music every night! And 10% discount for guests on drinks and food. Very nice staff. The hotel is in a fantastic location steps from a great view of the sea and in the heart of the pedestrian old town area - very nice.

They lock the door to the outside at midnight and a couple dogs roam freely inside the door all night. They're nice dogs though, and they give you a separate key to get in if you stay out late. But if you're kind of afraid of big dogs, you might want to reconsider this place. You need your room key to lock your room from the inside (old style). It's kind of hard to find the hotel. The sign is low-key and twenty feet up the side of the building, so I missed it completely. Forget about parking at the hotel. There are checkpoints where they will actually let cars into the mostly pedestrian old town area if you're staying there or have business, but it's very tight quarters and absolutely insane to drive it at night with crowds and people at cafe tables on the street! Park at the Kaleici Otopark for 600 TL overnight.

staff were great, really helpful and pleasant. also the breakfast was nice and filling. shower was good

the room and bathroom were not particularly clean or well decorated. there were flies in the room and the bathroom toilet wasn’t working properly. also the floor in the bathroom was wet. there was no mirror in our room itself and only a small one in the bathroom which was inconvenient.
