A really good stay in a very charming hotel with excellent facilities.

I loved the configuration of my room including a small garden with sun loungers. It made a moderately sized room feel bigger. The restaurant and bar are both very good. The views, especially from the bar are world beating. It's an attractive hotel

Gorgeous Stay

Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot overlooking Sestri Levante. Staff were fantastic, the hotel was so helpful with parking and dinner reservations, as well as assistance with directions around town. Beautiful hotel spaces, gorgeous pool, lovely rooftop, Terrace and bar, and gorgeous views from the hotels restaurant. I will come back to Sestri Levante.

Only wish the actual hotel room space was larger, but it did come with quite a large side garden in one room and quite a large balcony in the other. So in all, I guess it’s nice to have both indoor and outdoor space.

The view!!! Also location - it’s the best you can find in the entire area. The location is excellent—within walking distance of all the local restaurants. The pool. Very good breakfast with the view and glass of prosecco - what could be better. Aperitivo on the top terrace.

Great view from Sky Bar over Bay of Silence and pool area is good if a little crowded later in the day.

Superior room was smaller than expected for the price and sea view was not over the Bay of Silence.

3 days in heaven

The location near restaurants, waterfront bars and shops was extremely convenient however the hotel is elevated and offers the most magnificent views day and night. We had a wonderful time in 2 room types - 3rd floor partial sea view for adults and 1st floor courtyard room for teen sons. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection of options and the pool area was immaculate- again with epic views. My family rated the stay either 9 or 10/10. My husband said we will definitely be back and one of the best boutique hotels we have experienced. I would highly recommend this hotel - it is completely charming.

We will be back. We adore Sestri Levante and we really like a lot this hotel.

Best position possible, right in the very center of Sestri Levante, yet on a hill and with amazing views. The staff is very gentle, the management is very reasonable and tries to accomodate client’s wishes as much as possible. Highly suggested are Room 311 (if you are looking for a small room) and Room 315 (if you are looking for a large one): these rooms have an absolutely stunning view to the “Baia del Silenzio” and both have a balcony.

The breakfast could have been a bit better. Not very well organized (frequently partially empty serving dishes) and the choice could have been better.

Perfect central location in which to experience Liguria

The hotel has the most incredible vantage point sitting high up in Sestri Levante, and our room had two balconies overlooking the bay and the town. Although the rooms were slightly old fashioned the bed was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. I had a massage in the spa which was wonderful. The pool area was lovely as was the sky bar, staff couldn’t have been more helpful. We really enjoyed the town a great centre in which to explore the region by train. Would definitely recommend x

perfect hotel in perfect location

This is a beautiful property with the best staff and the cleanest facilities. we opted for a small room because there was a private patio. we loved it and even had an afternoon nap on the lawn furniture. the lift down to the street level is such a super bonus.

wonderful return to Vis a Vis.

this is the 3rd visit to Vis a Vis. We adore this hotel and Sestri Levante. They upgraded us to a fabulous 2 room suite with 2 balconies. i only wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights. braggart odd berry hood, lots of choices and the views from the dining room are beautiful. The staff is very helpful and charming.

This property was top notch! The staff was outstanding and the entire stay was every bit what I was expecting and then some. The location was a little off the beaten path but well worth it for the service and elegance of this property.

Vis a Vis exceeded or expectations. Great staff, room and view, breakfast

All of the staff is terrific and works to make your stay a "10". Cinzia was a delight! The room was very nice although the bathroom was tight. They have a very nice pool and spa services. The hotel is close to many restaurants and shops and is only a 15 minute walk to the train station. It is a good jumping off point for Cique Terre, Santa Margherita and Portofino. No doubt, I'd stay here again

Beautiful views

Beautiful rooms and the views from the hotel. Great breakfast. Nice location with a ten-minute walk to the beach and the town centre.

The hotel needs a bit of restoration, feels a bit old already. No iron in the room and not possible to get one. Thus it was not possible to iron our things when we checked-in at the usual 15:00, so we had to wait till the morning to get our clothes pressed.
