The hotel in general looked nice, the room was ok.

The breakfast, and the breakfast experience, for 20euros per person, was a disgrace. When I checked in I paid 20 euros per person (there were two of us) to add breakfast. When we went to breakfast I was told I had paid for one person. I had to produce my bank details from my phone to prove I had paid for two. I was then told, with no apology, to speak to someone at reception. We were, in the meantime, given a dirty table to sit at. When I returned with the lady from reception the man working in breakfast argued with me about the cleanliness of the table (it had food all over it). They agreed I had paid for two (no apology for the mistake). The table was wiped, but we had to take cutlery and napkins from another table as we hadn't been given any. The breakfast itself, for 20euros, was an absolute disgrace, hardly any choice. I had to get up and go and ask for a coffee, to which the man working replied that he only hand one pair of hands (or something like this). Terrible service, terrible food, terrible hygiene and of course, no one working there cared one little bit.

Clean and nice room, nice restaurant downstairs, shops 6min walk away, parking was free and enough space for my 8m van. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Fan was broken and +33°outside! But they bring me new fan, and all good!👍🏻Breakfast was quite dull and not worth 20chf.

I expected Like any hotel there is fan or A/C as the temprature was like 28 and even 29 degree ,also there was no Phone to call the reception so each time I need something I have to go down and after 9 no one is there . I also expeded a kettle and hot water with some tea bags but there were not . other than these points staff were very helpful friendly and the view was also great

Uncomfortable sleep

Located close to the train. The room was clean

-I met two receptionists, one of whom was very rude and unhelpful. They interrupted me and did not allow me to explain my situation fully. Additionally, they misunderstood my complaints. - The air conditioning was very hot, resulting in a poor night's sleep. - I found two spiders in the bed sheets while sleeping. - There was no phone in the room to contact the reception. - I was promised an iron upon check-in, but it was not provided. Despite following up the next morning, I had to request it again. - I was not provided with the Wi-Fi password. I tried to connect to the free Wi-Fi, thinking it was the only option available, and had to go down to the reception again to complain about the Wi-Fi not working, only then did they provide me with another WiFi which had a password but doesn't have the hotel's name. -the side bed table was not straight and it was tilted leading to my placed items to fall off.

Didn't even spend the first night.

Upon arrival the elevator was out of order. The restaurant was closed. The room was minimalist at best. Certainly not worth worth four-star rating. No air conditioning.

Well , I did not need to sleep on the street - other than that.... nothing.

So, the room was right next to a busy road: Room 102 -, all day everyday car noises, poor windows. But the worst of it: Every Day the room service start at about 08:00 until 13:00, they go around the hotel and they slam doors left and right and are SO LOUD it is impossible to not be awaken or wanting to flee from the hotel - they talk extremely loud, slam doors all the time, move furniture around as if they are moving the place etc. its just bad, just bad...

Memorable stay in Zurich

An amazing experience of visiting Zurich for the first time. The hotel has all the facilities as mentioned. The family room was spacious and comfortable. Location of close to everything you need. The best part is the behaviour and forthcoming attitude of the owner and staff .

Good solution with great price-quality ratio

Good room with a bathroom, which I really enjoyed. Good breakfast, and free coffee with Swiss chocolate at the reception. Located near train station in only 2 stops to the centre. Staff is helpful and nice. I was given not only the kettle I asked for, but also a cup and tea bags

Facility was fairly clean and the staff were welcoming. It was not difficult to locate.

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel with firendly staff and well equipped rooms. Good value per price compared to other options in Zurich.

It was a bit far from the central part of Zurich. However, it was still well connected with the train and tram lines.

It was a good stay.

It was good stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, it was clean and quite. Everything pretty much went smooth as expected.

Bathroom was little bit small and there were 2 single-bed instead off double bed which wasn't comfortable enough. After reviewing its page I realized that I didn't get the same room I booked; first of all I didn't have the bathroom in the pics, I didnùt have bathrobe, I didn't have those comfortable beds apparently I had et 2 sofa-like single beds.

Good breakfast, room clean, everything worked! Car parking tight but adequate. Easy walk to the station and then 12 minute train ride to Zurich City.

No real dislikes. On arrival quickly realised that the hotel is situated very close to the flight path from Zurich airport but in reality this was not an issue noise wise.

It did the job

I did not eat their breakfast. The service reps were always gone from the front desk!, and people had to wait and wait for them to return, even when the dinging bell was hit. There's a sign to 'call' but no number to use. The day shift rep was very helpful, when she finally got to the desk. She answered questions, gave directions, was very friendly. The evening rep was, not so much. I used to taxi-guy there twice. I feel he overcharged me. The desk rep said a taxi trip was not more than 50 (dollars in Swiss currency), but he charged me way over that both times. A rip-off.

So enjoyable

The crystal white cleanliness. The soo much comfortable mattress and soft cover and pillow (there was a choise of 2 with different consistencies), that I didn't want to leave. All the commodities and details of a 4-star hotel. The delicious breakfast - the sortiment surprised me positively as I rarely meet smoked salmon for breakfast in the hotels and I love it. Additionally, you get freshly prepared eggs and bacon according to your personal choise from a little menu. The coffee mashine. The location is not totally central, but is very modern and with the tram, which is in 1-2 min walking, the center can be very easily accessed in less then 20 min. Nearby there is a train station as well. The stuff was really polite and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to leave, so I can't remember of any issues

The customer service was exceptional. Easy check-in process. Natalia was very professional at front desk. The room was very spacious with 2 queen beds. Perfect for family of 4.
