Beautiful hotel

Hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there with our dogs. They are super dog friendly. I recommend this hotel to families with dogs.

Spa massage is not the best, they need professional masseurs , the one that works there are amateurs.

Rude Reception Place

Beautiful Village

Reception staff are extremely rude! I don't know how such 5 star resort will have such front desk employees! Have them trained! They work in hospitality not in a police station! so serious and difficult & unfriendly at all! they make the whole experience unpleasant! It's about dealing, treatment & kindness! not about beautiful buildings with rude staff! I did read this about this place in other websites and didn't pay attention until I faced it with my family!

Non-typical luxury resort to come back to

The staff is the true asset of this property. Always friendly, hospitable and so service minded. The Spa is very great, the food quality as wel.

Our room was a little outdated and the bathroom really needs maintenance. It has a 5 star rating, but for luxury travellers this can be somewhat surprising; for guests being used to luxury hospitalty protocols and systems, Sacher is not one of the Aman/Belmond/FourSeasons/Mandarin structurered hotels; first we had to get used to that, but the people have their own way of working and they are absolutely worth their rating in their own specific Tiroler-luxe-hospitality way.

Perhaps I didn’t spend enough nights to truly appreciate its strengths, but the staff was kind, the hotel’s decor was comfortable, and the location was decent

Perhaps I’m just disappointed with the taste of the cake I ordered to the room — it was expensive and tasted bad, I couldn’t eat it. I also wasn’t informed that the same cake is available for free at breakfast. For a 5-star hotel, such small gestures are usually complimentary on special occasions. Additionally, the shower hose broke while I was using it, and a fly came in through the window and disturbed me the whole night Another thing — I wasn’t allowed to sit in the spot I liked for breakfast, even though it was empty. That’s not a pleasant experience from a 5-star hotel.

We’ve just returned from an unforgettable two-night stay at Alpin Resort Sacher, and I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional our experience was. Our small group of girlfriends celebrated a milestone birthday, and this stunning hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the exquisite design, impeccable attention to detail, and the luxurious atmosphere. The decor is opulent and inviting, and the property is immaculately maintained. A special mention must be made of the heavenly scent that fills the air—truly a signature touch. We opted for the half-board package, and every meal was a gastronomic delight. The 5- or 7-course dinners were delicious and beautifully presented, and the wine selection was wonderfully diverse. The cocktails were some of the best we’ve ever had, particularly the Cosmopolitan 1934, which I highly recommend! The evening entertainment was the perfect blend of sophistication and subtlety—ideal for enjoying conversation after dinner. During the day, we explored the hotel’s expansive spa, taking full advantage of its remarkable amenities. The full-body massages were heavenly, and trying cryotherapy was an exhilarating experience. Not many resorts offer such a comprehensive range of treatments. The standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Even our housekeeping attendant was kind and friendly, greeting us with birthday wishes. A special thank you to Brandon, our waiter, whose warmth and attentiveness made every meal more enjoyable. For a group of women with discerning tastes, Alpin Resort Sacher truly exceeded our expectations. We give it a resounding 10/10 and will wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you for a luxurious, memorable weekend we will treasure forever.

We were happy to stay in this resort, evey simple details were perfect and I’ll stay in this resort next year again and

• The furnitures are new, luxury, and having unique style! • The view is amazing! 🔥 • The restaurants are the best. • The staff doing very well, specially: lokas from the reception, and the restaurant manger who is serving people all the day.

• The tour wasn’t covered everything. • We asked them to charge the car while we checked in, but they didn’t. • No one is replying to us from the reception when we called them through the telephone. • the dinner closed so early (8:30p.m.) • limited breakfast menu.

Comfortable luxury perfect for living your spa era fantasy. You will not go hungry.

The breakfast was amazing. They had an excellent buffet available with products from local farms like meats and cheeses. There was a juice room where you could make your own fresh pressed juice. A huge bread bar with jams, butter, and a slab of honeycomb you can cut right into. Staff served eggs and other basic breakfast dishes to order along with tea and coffee. The breakfast room was bright and airy and the perfect place to start the day. The spa was also amazing. There were so many different spa areas, some nude, some not. It was a very nice balance depending on what type of spa experience you were looking for. They offered us welcome drinks with some finger snacks. Tea and cake hour in the midafternoon. We received a thank you bag with goodies upon our departure. The dinner was really excellent and they also had a delicious and intentional vegetarian menu. One of my favorite things was watching the sunset over the gorgeous snow covered mountains while relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi. It was a truly memorable experience. Oh and dogs are welcome.

The hotel is shaped like a long narrow crescent and there are different elevators to get to different areas of the resort. So it was a bit confusing at times. But what I didn't like the most is that I didn't book a longer stay.

Looks great but a few problems.

Beautifully designed and set out. Fantastic spa. A couple of great restaurant staff. Rooms and bathrooms lovely.

Reception staff on both visits unfriendly, efficient and not welcoming. The room was so hot, and we couldn't work out how to cool it except for opening the window whilst snowing. There was an underdesk light we couldn't work out how to turn it off. Not a good night's sleep.

amazing facility. indoor and outdoor has a superb charm. it’s all quite luxurious. the evening meals were of michelin star quality! hats off to the kitchen. the staff was the most charming and friendly we have met thus far in any Hotel.

room cleaning was very bad. even some 3 star hotels have cleaner rooms. the restaurant was not too clean either. dirt everywhere. what’s more is the baked goods were never fresh. that’s 0 stars.

The hotel itself os amazing

Character, design, location, the spa & the food.

Lack of 5 star experienced staff. Inconsistent quality of service. Lack of sound proofing between rooms - we could hear footsteps and talking jn the room above us all night for our full stay. Hard mattresses and bedsheets like sandpaper. Two single beds pushed together leaving a metal bar in the middle. A deluxe double or emperor sized bed would have been better value for money in our wellness suite.
