The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, and cheaper than the other hotels around

The rooms are outdated- the shower is leaking, the tiles in the toilet / shower/ bath had hardened moulds, there's no enough cooking wares, the AC is blowing dust and it's not possible to open the window except for the one In the toilet - the rooms needed fresh air. Pillows are too soft and high, there was no pillows available that are suitable for children.

The location was good

The hotel is old, there was only one working elevator. There was a problem with the water for 3 hours we had no water due to maintenance issue ! The room service couldn’t deliver the food because there was only was working elevator!!!

Comfortable but could be better with everything in place and not having to call to request for anything.

Neat, located in a prime area, and that is about it.

They didn’t provide everything and we had to call to make requests for tooth paste. Imagine only one box of tissue in the entire room. None in the bathroom or dining area. Other than that, the apartment was great.

Don't book in the weekend

Staff very cooperative, special thanks to Ganbry and Pranva.

Traffic around the hotel.On Sunday, they played very loud music in the restaurant. When we asked them to reduce the volume, they informed us that this is the routine in the restaurant and they can't. We couldn't rest in our room because of the music.

noise levels emanating from the restaurant. The music is often played at a very loud volume, making it impossible for us to rest in our room and they refused to reduce the volume as the routine in Sunday to open loudly . Furthermore, the traffic around the restaurant also too much.

OK Kind of Stay in Sharjah

1. Location. 2. Room size.

1. Room was alright! But there was smell in the cupboards. Seems no one opened and cleaned these for a long time. When complained, they quickly arranged to put some spray. But it seems the cupboard required more cleaning with proper disinfectant, etc. 2. Staff in the reception should smile, behave like professionals.

Apart from the above, I will recommend the hotel for your stay in Sharjah.

The location was perfect, the staff were approachable. The apartment was cleaned on a daily basis.

The alarm went off twice, and no one contacted us to inform of the situation and left us l, especially the kids in a panic mode. Was a bit disappointed that I sought for the assistance of the hotel to locate a taxi number plate on their CCTV camera, of which I’ve lost my phone in l, but was told that the manager did not approve of it.

Only one counter is Open while the hotel is fully booked which made me late to check in.. There is no socket next the bed. And the water is not hot enough.. Room service doesn't answer the phone. I asked for big bed they gave 2 single beds
