Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were very good. Our room had a great views on the mountains. The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Renting skiing equipment was very easy at the sports shop on the other side of the street.

Great stay in a quiet, peaceful part of Switzerland, close to the Kandersteg train station and Oeschinensee cable car. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were there Monday and Tuesday when the hotel restaurant was closed so we had little contact with staff, but breakfast was very enjoyable. It was a real bonus to have access to a washer and dryer (located in the sauna room). Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was easy.
There was a link to scan at reception for the Abdelboden-Lenk-Kandersteg guest card. It would have been nice to have received this prior to our arrival in order to make some train/bus cost savings prior to arrival at the hotel.

Lady at the reception was friendly
It stays on the main road,so you can very well hear the cars. Breakfast is very poor. Continental, no vegetables
